No Shotgun v.3 is by far the best pre workout supplement I've taken because of the insane amount of energy it gives me and the great pump and focus. How ever No Xplode and Nano vapor didn't impress me at all

Superpump 250 grape cooler taste kick ass and gets me jacked during my workouts. Sometimes it keeps me up at night though. I take it @700pm before i head for the gym.

NOVapor - Worked great but as I saw mentioned earlier you have to increase the dose at two weeks or cycle it. My body got used to it. Tons of caffine.

NO Explode - Jacked up my stomach for whatever reason. Worked well though. Might have been my diet at the time. Never went back to it though I do like other BSN products.

Super Pump 250 - Hit me like Vapor. Comparable but cheaper.

If I lift in the evenings after 6 pm these all mess me up cause I can't sleep.

Haven't tried the white flood yet (or whatever it is called). Is it worth it?

Im taking magnum serum and dna. I guess i cant be a great judge coz i havent tried anything else but all i know is that the serum and dna make ya heaps focused and gives ya insane pump. Endurance also picks up a lot too. Just finished a workout and didnt realise that i did two extra sets on each exercise until i finishd and counted them in my head. Makes ya feel like beast lol

i love superpump 250 , gone through 2 tubs so gonna try something new for my next one then go back to sp250, tried no xplode its ok na no vapor pretty good, i think i will try white flood

You definitely do not dissolve the tablets in water. I've got a sample pack of wf in front of me and it says to take it with water - not dissolve it. Just take the pills with plent of water pre-workout and you'll get great pumps and tons of energy, just takes a bit longer to kick in with the pills instead of the powder.

I went in to compare prices at GNC last night and I swear most of the prices were double what you pay at bb.com. Now, at bb.com you do pay for shipping, but still, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than GNC. Plus, you get free samples of different things when you order from bb.com, which kinda makes up for the shipping charges anyway.

Been using no-xplode in a cycle for awhile now and love it, just started using cellmass with it as a stack.. After i finish this tub i think im gonna try some cl products tho.. reviews seem to be nothing but good about there stuff.

Worst stuff out there is NanO Vapor. I tried a tub of it a few months ago and it did absolutely nothing. Just another overpriced product from Muscletech. How people fall for that hype is beyond me.

On a more positive note, I tried a sample of Animal Pump today and I was quite pleasantly surprised by it. Good pump and focus that lasted several hours. No hard crash afterwards either like you do with products that are overloaded with caffeine.

Are you joking me!?!? I had to return Superpump 250 Grape Cooler less than a week after buying it. The taste made me vomit, I can't even smell it now without feeling like loosing my lunch. >.<

NO Shotgun v.3! Evertime I get a new tub on average all of my lifts go up 5-10 pounds. The energy rush is great. Between set recovery is almost instantaneous. This stuff gives me extreme focus in the gym. I think the taste of the exotic fruit flavor is amazing, probably the best tasting pre workout supp in my opinion. Overall a solid product, and it has 20 grams of protein fragments in it.

I tried Best Nutrition Predator today and it was pretty good. Felt tingles from the beta alanine I presume, annoyed me later though because it went to my butt and stayed there. I feel like I accomplished more and I felt a pump. I might a bottle in the future but I would use it maybe twice a week or only once so it would last 3 months or more. When I'm not using then I would use my Green Mag or Size On. When I took size on last time I had massive ****s idk if it was coincidental or because of that.

Just got No XPLODE a week ago and I love it! I do my workouts from 3-4:30 and still have energy after to do more! I've never been able to push myself that much before. I haven't really taken a pre-work supplement before besides m5 creatine although thats more creatine then a boost as no xplode is...no xplode is way better.
