Tell me what you honestly think
Hello everyone.
I'm really trying to transform my whole body, life..my everything. I'm currently like 5'8"-5'9" 195-200lbs. I lost over 100lbs 1 year ago so majority of my skin is flabbing & sagging. I want the long lean look. My goal weight is abour 150-160lbs. Can someone tell me what should I be doing. If you look at my progress pictures you can see where I am at right about now. I have this fat on my lower back and love handles that I'm definitely trying to get rid of for life but no matter how much I weight I lose I can't get rid of it. I was thinking about getting a tummy tuck or something but that's the easy way out, it's not even easy because it's cost a pretty penny. Also my glutes, geez louise my ass is flat; I really need to build that muscle up.
Please help me.
No place to go from here but up.
Always,
Noelle

Congratulations on your weight loss.
A 5'8" / 5'9" female that wants the lean / hard look is going to weigh much closer to 120lb / 130lb and have a lower BF%. There is nothing you can do for loose skin besides plastic surgery.
Maintain a very low fat diet, low carbs, low sugars, high protien diet and do lots of cardio.

120 lbs at that height would look terrible...even 130 lbs might not work depending on body frame...

Congrats on the weight loss.
Too get the "lean" look you are referring to, you need to use a combination of weight training and cardio (with a reduced calorie diet). The biggest factor for losing weight is cardio and DIET.
Too build up your glutes you should do squats, there are many variations of these so look them up on the internet (or ask a personal trainer). Lunges are good as well.
Perhaps 150lbs is not your "ideal" bodyweight, but it's a good to set yourself a target and when you reach it you will feel like you've acheived something. Then you can decide if you want to lose more weight.
I don't know how much you know but:
- Research how many calories your body needs and how much you need to reduce your calories to lose weight
- Research exercise programs on Google (or if you have cash hire a personal trainer for a few sessions) to get a training program
- Do lots of cardio (i.e 5 -6 days a week), do about 20-30 minutes, but it must be INTENSE
Hope I helped.

Glad to hear it, another tip. If you willing to spend some money, do a search for a program called "Diet Power". It's difficult to use at first but great for tracking calories, etc and helping you reach your ideal weight.

120-130? Shoot for a fat goal not a bodyweight goal.
Think about it lets say you drop body fat and gain muscle in your glutes. That would be good but the scale would not move.

So you want her to eat mostly just protein? This is a good way to lose a LOT of muscle.
I like low carb but eat protein and FAT (fish oil and olive oil for ex). Add your calories up see what happens and adjust from there.
Lots of cardio are a good way to lose LOTS of muscle.
Train heavy to keep your muscle.
Do intervals for cardio.
Don't overdo it, keep a detailed journal and make adjustments when things stop working.

Noey I just looked at your pics. You've already done something most other people simply can not. CONGRATS
The problem I see is while you lost the "weight" you've lost a significant amount of muscle. It is usually what happens to people.
You need to gain muscle. You will need to eat more and your weight will go up. This is ok because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest.
You will then start burning fat again.
Look for a strength and lactate inducing program.
