Haven't posted here in a while; musta na kayo? Got a question: what do you guys think about supersetting? I've started it last week hoping to get bigger - despite the high intensity that it demands that I'm really not used to. Anyone here uses it? Also, am I the youngest one here? Another here under 20? Haha! Salamat po!

sweet! now THIS is what I call a nutrition plan! you got around 350-400gms of protein here. so in essence you cycle ur carbs. ok yun. you get to maintain training intensity at the very least. so is this gonna change as you get nearer to the comp?

ok lng cardio bro. kung maingat ka sa muscle wasting (w/c you should be), try to do slow cardio for 40-60 minutes a day. also IMO, I'd choose a heavier set than a lighter, higher rep one. since you wanna prevent muscle loss, keep it at the maximum state of stress. light lifts (in the long run) is not good for strength. & if you lose strength, God forbid you don't lose muscle!
& of course, the cliche, nutrition is key. *bow* hehehe

you can't really target the "cleavage". a deep valley needs two high mountains. you need to get ur chest up! & you'll get them by doing (freaking HEAVY) pressing movements, w/ Flyes (like Pec Deck) to assist them, to better isolate the chest in the workout. also, the shape of the Pec muscles (yung iba dikit, yung iba medyo hiwalay) entirely depends on ur genetics..

yep! supersetting is one of the best & great TOOLS you can use for ur training. & yes it's really intense! but like other tools, you should only use it every once in a while. it's also referred to as a "shock technique", so it would be wise to keep it that way. do it maybe once every month. & try other intense stuff (drop sets, rest-pause, negatives, static, etc). & to answer your other question, yeah I use it, seldom times. I'm more of the drop set/rest-pause/negatives kinda guy. & if you wanna go further than that, try also Giant sets! you'll curse me the next day, I promise ya that..
& I think the youngest one here is Alhen, only 17 y/o. but a monster of a kid! all 210lbs of him! hehehe. compliment yun bro!

Any of you guys seen the Travel Channel's Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation? This his in the Philippines....finally. I think he needs to visit it again because he just barely scratched surface of the Philippines. Of course he had the national dishes Adobo (they had the shrimp version) and my favorite, Litson but he pronounced it lechon (spanish version). I wonder why he didn't have the dinuguan??? You can't go to the PHilippines without trying the chocolate stew.

Especially when you are supersetting opposing muscle groups like biceps/triceps. Equals to "Killa Pump"...

Sampaloc?
Bros in the PI... is the Sampaloc area a nice/safe place to live? If so, what neighborhoods are best? I'm from California and I'm considering applying to a school in Sampaloc...
Thanks.

twenty-freaking two? WTF?!?!?!
maybe the 670g of protein is the TOTAL content of the whole bucket, not per serving. if you divide that from the serving, w/c is 18, it would be 37-38g of protein per serving.
but the fiber, it's still too much!
