Skin doesn't obscure and hide vascularity, fat does. You are cutting out an incredible source of protein, fat, and nutrients in order to gain unhealthy thin skin? That seems really really silly to me

cutting dairy
Well teh proetin and fats can be easily obtanied elsewhere, and teh calcium can be supplemented....there are theories on allergens inflaming skin resulting from dairy..numerous people cut dairy for this purpose..I have yet to try it.

When dairy gets cut, calories get cut. Calorie cutting can make your fat get mad and go away. Me personally, I love milk enough to cut calories elsewhere.

Couldn't observe any skin thinning from cutting out dairy.

I don't eat diary anymore myself, so maybe this can help you out.
I do notice my skin's a little bit thinner than a few years back, but thing is, i've upped my cardio a lot recently so that also obviously plays a part. Body fat levels have lowered. There's other factors than purely cutting dairy being responsible itself.
The great thing about dairy is yeah, it's got mad protein, but if you're wary about your sugar intake and sodium sometimes, then it is good to lower or even cut out dairy altogether.
I mean it's not that hard to remove milk, cheese, yoghurt etc. from your diet and replace it with other things. If you're worried about calories and numbers, just up and/or replace the portions/meal sizes and calories in other areas.

i know its not too common but AMARANTH is an ancient grain im sure you can find at a health food store in your area. its a great complex carb and has more calcium per serving than does milk.

My dairy intake varies from basically none to 2 gallons of milk per day with about 1kg of yoghurt, I can assure you that I see absolutely no difference. In my experience dairy seems to have some special growth enhancing factor, I have tried replacing milk with other food sources in equal macros and calories but the gains do not even come close to comparing with milk.
