My next cycle
Hi,Guys,now i`m very ready for to try an amazing cycle and to receive some effects.In 2 weeks,I try an amazing cycle for to have an amazing shape.My next cycle is very serious for me.This cycle is for; 15 Weeks Cycle ;week 1-4;Dbol 40 mgs/daily,Weeks 1 - 10 ;Test.Enanthate 400 mgs/weekly,2 times at 200 mgs,Week 11 - 12 Nothing,Week 13 ;Clomid 100 mgs /daily,Week 14 - 15 ;Clomid 50 mgs /daily.And add some diary supplements like BCAA`s,ZMA`S,Muscle Assylum Freak Fix(Extrem Weight Gainer),Universal Animal Pack Flex(for joints and ligaments)Optimum Opti-Men(Multi-Vits).

My next cycle.
Now,i`m ready to begin my cycle.Tomorrow,friday,april 4th, I begin this amazing cycle.Test.En.400,twice daily,Dbol,40 mgs/days,and Clomid 50 mgs/daily in my PCT.I`m feeling great to begin this week.

Not that i expect you'll listen, but you shouldnt do this cycle, or any cycle. At 164lbs, with one cycle already under your belt something is very wrong. I'd be willing to bet its your diet and your not eating enough, drugs wont fix that, so this cycle wont help you at all

My next cycle
For my diet,I take great lot of proteins,Isolate and Weightgainer,5,000 calories by days,carbs,BCAA,Multi-Vits.

And for my training days is like 5 days on 1 day off.Day one;Biceps and Triceps.Day two;Legs and calves.Days 3;Chest and delts.Days 4;Back and shoulders.Day 5;like I feel;may be arms and triceps or/and legs.Day 6;Off.

at 5000 calories a day, you will definately grow judging by your height and weight ... but keep the protein high, the carbs high - and the fat moderate ... dont rely on shakes for your calories and macronutrients ... shakes though good, pass through the system very quickly - aim more for red meats ... preferrably beef ... make sure your eating every 2 to 3 hours 7/8times a day ...

Maybe i'm confused here, but doesnt that mean your training shoulders on both days 3 and 4? since the delts are the shoulders

My Next cycle
Great stuff.After only one week,I have more weight,more strenght and I`m feeling great and my muscles are more full.No side effect,just beeing.Monday,April 14th,I begin my second week on this cycle.I think for my first week,just my Dbol work and for my test,E. not against.I take 6 lbs on my first week.
