Progress pics
Ok ive been working out in my bedroom with dumbells and barbell since june last year. Only started going to the gym 3 weeks ago so i thought id post my progress so far.
The first 2 are after my first workout in the house. 3rd one is from today, a couple of hours after coming back from the gym.
I know i need to lose the fat but im 3 weeks into massfx so thats the plan after i finish.

Nice gains, really thickened up.
Stick at it and gain some good solid mass then cut up.

Just wondering, have you tried a test booster?
Might help to get a blood test from your doc to check your test levels.

Im taking Massfx which is a test booster and im adding hyperdrol to this for the last 4 weeks.
I appreciate my age is against me. I figure my test levels are in my boots by now.
The whole time i was working out in the house i never worked my legs (apart from a few light squats now and then). So im hoping the extra leg work will spike my test as well.
I know its not much but yesterday i squatted up to 112kg. a big difference from the 50kg that i was doing in the house (with safety in mind).
So im working my legs twice a week.
Funny, in the 3 weeks that ive been going to the gym i have never seen anyone else doing squats. only kids doing shrugs and stuff in the rack.
