hi MM....
wow...8 weeks !!!!....but you've made it through...that gives me hope and something to keep my eye on the prize...i'm told i shouldn't be in that much pain, cuz, i guess they are removing stuff instead of changing stuff like your proceedure...the doc just said i have to be real careful not to ruin her brilliant work, if i mess it up she'll come after me

I've been thinking about you!
I know you are making the right choice in getting a hysterectomy.
I wish you a smooth operation, and a speedy recover!
I understand about surgery and wanting to workout asap....In time, ok? Don't rush it....It'll all be behind you in time and you will workout before you know.
Just concentrate on healing First!
Just think you can create so many new Yummies while you recover from surgery!
Or perfect the ones you have (like that's even possible...lol)
Take Care!

spin sweat rocks! sometimes i'm not sure if it's bc i'm truly exerting myself to the fullest or bc the temp in the room has increased from the other spinners! stay hydrated! : )

glad you go it in! i missed today's class by 10 minutes. i tend to hold my weight in my quads so i'm not sure spinning is the best form of training for my body type.
that's a rough food plan but you're just going to have to find the best flavor of gatorade out there. : ) my SO likes the blue one. i bet you'll be creative with gatorade frozen pops in crazy shapes! lol...
wishing you a smooth operation & speedy recovery.

hi pacificgrl
i haven't actually made the chzcake with the berries in it yet...berries are scarce around hear cuz out of season they are quite $$$, but i love to enjoy some with every bite when i can....i suppose i could try frozen, but i'm spoiled for fresh...
sorry guys i haven't been in for a few days...everything os OK, but i have just felt like CRAP !!!....i forgot to think about the fact that my whole abdomon area has been re-aranged...as-in my lower intestines have a new place to live....
in other words...my stomache feels all messed up
i'll bet some of it is due to NO excersize...lack of movement...gotta wait till the doc say OK
also it's very hard to look at the HUGE POOCH on my stomach (fluid around inscision)...feeling like a few good sweaty workouts would make me feel soooo much better....
geeeez...i miss my endorphans
.....would you like some cheese with that WHINE ????...it ain't all that bad, cuz it's all gonna be great soon...right?
have a gtreat week everybody

nah, i'm with you - wait for the fresh berries to come around again. maybe cinnamon swirl instead.
aw! i'm sorry to hear you're uncomfortable but hang there. you've earned your right to whine for today. are you bound to your bed or can you walk around the house, etc? go to a nearby cafe with a great book if you can - it will probably really boost your spirits to be around other people.
feel better!
