Cool Relationships and Lifting!!

Say you have a Wife,Kids,or a Girlfriend that you spend a large amount of time with but you also hold a fulltime job. you have a New found passion for weightlifting and healthy living and your having trouble balancing there needs for your time with your needs for time in the gym or just to focus on your goals.

I will be the first to admit it is hard to do and not hurt anyones feelings along the way. Just not enough of me to go around.

I would like to see how all of you feel and how you balance your world.

Dont get me wrong if I lifted in my free time I would never lift.
I schedule lifting 3 days a week 45 mins a pop.
I just know theres a whole lot of people out there that have the same trouble.
