what do you guys think i need to do (bulk, or shred), or specific body parts i need to work on. my goal is to be more lean and muscle. i already lift a lot IMO for my size, so i am more about looks. thanks for the input!

your link isn't quite right there. You gotta upload to your bodyspace or another website, cannot do it strait off your harddrive

iam starting to hate this site
ok first off, this stupid thing does not give me the option to attach and image for some reason.
2nd...i have sent messages to moderators to help me post an image, and have received no replies.
3rd...i ask for input/advice from the community and i get no answers..
4th...i even ask the community how to post pics, and no one says a word.
this site kind of sucks if no one is willing to help

go to the picture that you want on bodyspace...right click on the image > select view image. Take that URL and paste it in between the HTML...
so it should be something like [IMG]URL[/IMG]

1) Thats becuase you need to use IMG code, which can be found here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/misc.p...bbcode#imgcode
2) They probably havn't replied becuase you havn't bothered to search first.
3) you can't get input/advice from a picture thats saved in a folder on your computer, you need to upload it then link it from a site
4) This is your help.

I think your progress looks good, man. maybe cut a bit more, but you've already lost a lot and have definite definition.
Edit: Legs?

i was expecting different advice, which was cool to see what other people thought. i am still looking for someone to be more critical. I guess i should have explained what i really want. I want to be lean (shredded) not competition wise, but look good/feel good. I dont want to be HUGE, but i want some size. i have no idea what my body fat is at. I am still learning so, fire me up or tear me down plz!!
here are some other pics, to give a u better look.

That is some crazy progress for just a month. I'd say just keep at it, whatever your doing. How much do you eat everyday?

i dont know if its a lot....but its usually something like this...
Morning:
Whey protein, oatmeal
pre workout: banana, grapefruit, white flood
post workout: whey protein, turkey sandwich w/multi-grain bread, fruit or veg
snack (sometimes i have time to squeeze a snack in): fruit/veg, maybe some tuna as well
dinner: chicken usually, with broccoli or spinach, or salmon with brown rice.
and sometimes!: cottage cheese, milk and peanut butter, or casein or whey right before bed. kind of like a desert.
