I've been using Purple Wrath for about 7 months now and i love it. For those who cant stand the taste, try adding more water and chew some minty gum while you drink it. Works for me

Is pw good for cardio?? will it increase my stamina and endurance? And how about for sex?

For me, it does give me an increase in endurance over water.

Some people like to keep beta alanine in their bodies much as some people take creatine on the off days to keep the muscles saturated. Also bcaa's will help not lose muscle during normal dailly activities. So as far as should you no its not a must but it wont hurt you either.

When I first tried out purple wraath, I couldn't stand the taste of it. Now, I add more water to it and it actually tastes a bit "sweet" - not bad at all. And pw definitely helps out with endurance and recovery. Just follow it up with a protein/carb shake afterwards and you're good to go.

I had the same experience, I had a tub of Juicy Grape I ordered a while back, and I honestly had to gag it down every workout. I got to the point where I was drinking during every activity (DDR, Jogging, even Guitar Hero

) just so I could finish it off and not have it wasted.

Last week I got another sample of lemonade PW, had about 4 of them, and I figured what the hell, better use it before they go bad. Extra EAA's works for me I'll just chug it down. I mixed a sample pack in with 20oz of water, went for the first gulp.. tasted like CANDY! Tasted like a berry Lemonhead, was delicious. I went home immediately after the workout and ordered 2 Tubs of Lemonade. And now I'm lovin the PW more than ever!

Yeah, I'll definitely have to try the lemonade flavor pw after I'm done with this tub. I finally got mixtures of wf/gm/pw that are not half bad at all now, and it seems like the tubs of each one last forever!!! Some supplements you end up taking 3 scoops of and they don't last more than 2-3 weeks tops, but this combo pack of wf/gm/pw definitely lasts a while.

the value is insane, they last 2-3 months each depending on usage

I really like PW, its been good to me but I'm almost out.

I'm looking into trying Intrabolic but I am on a college student discount. Is there anywhere I can get a sample packet or two. If it was the summer time I'd pick up an order of it without trying, but I have to try and make every dollar in the budget count these days.
