So I am here in Iraq, about midway through the deployment and I started working with NO-Explode and finished out a full 12 week cycle. It seemed like it would work for about 30 minutes into my workout and then I could feel my body wanting to shut down, to make matters worse, it made me piss like 43595774 times.

I decided to switch to NanoVapor and have been using it for about a week now, I notice it doesn't have as much of an intense energy boost, but it lasts longer, for almost the 2 hours that I am in the gym. Also I don't have to urinate as frequently while using NanoVapor.

PS: I only bought these because they sell them at the PX here and I don't have to pay for shipping.

today i tried superpump 250, and it gave me a lot more energy and virtually had no fatigue during my shoulder work out, i was lifting heavier and got a much better work out in.

but, as soon as i got home (about an hour and fifteen minutes after having sp250, i was on the toilet for half an hour, made me sh*t like crazy.)

does white flood have this same effect? or is there any product for energy and good pump that doesn't make you sit on the toilet after your work out and empty your guts out?

most have not noted any gi distress with white flood. although if you are sensitive to stims its possible. take with a granola bar or rice cake if that is the case.

What I have found to work best...and always work is good ol caffeine pills. They may take an hour to really kick in but they last for a long time and I usually don't get a crash like I do with other pre workout supplements.

Not to mention, they're by far the easiest on my wallet.

Hey! Question for you guys who've used Black Powder before, do you use 1 single serving packet or two? My tolerance to stims is high as im using two scoops for super pump right now - just trying to draw a comparison between the two. thanks!!!

By far I think Superpump250 is the best preworkout/pump suplement on the market. It has a huge dose of amino acids and good array of different creatines. I get a huge pump in the gym and i strongly recomend it to anyone wanting to gget some good muscle!

I first tried Black powder a couple weeks ago. I had a pretty solid workout with just one single serve packet. I'm more like you, I use more than one scoop of SP 250 in order for me to get the workout I like to have. I'd just use one serving and go from there.

SuperPump is good **** if you can withstand the dhiarea, but i couldn't so ya this is normal with SuperPump, its know for givin people the ****s.

White Flood? I can't say for you but, white flood never gave me the ****s, and it was a really intense pre workout drink, even though the lemonade stuff i had tased pretty awful, but who cares im not in it for the taste.

Taking the morph as well. I stack it with no-xplode and that seems to work well! More intense than just the no xplode alone. If I stack it with the muscletech vapor It gets me sweaty and angry!

Ive tried a variety of NOs. I disliked the Juggernaut, it cramped me up and didnt really give me much of a pump at all. I tried Trac and didnt feel anything whatsoever. I am currently taking WF (along with GM+PW) and I like it better than the other two, however I think SP250 combines great energy and solid sustainability during the workout.

imo its between superpump 250 and white flood ive taken superpump before and got good results good pumps but whiteflood gives u the same good pump and alot more focus and energy

I take sp250..its pretty solid! I havent really experienced any gastric problems like mentioned. it really gets me jacked better than anything else Ive used, plus its a tad bit cheeper, which is great!!
Ive tried black power, N.O. Explode and Myoshock.

I've taking Wf and Nano Vapor.

White flood- great pumps and last a long time. But it takes two weeks to really get in your system.. xtra reps will be there

Nano Vapor... great Thermo agent. great brust. however the cost $$$ is way to much. also your body gets use to it after like 2 weeks so you have to add more scoops.

White Flood is my choice because it's a better overall product

So pretty much based on this thread we learn 1 thing. All these name brand products affect all of us differently. But to add my two cents, I took BSN NO Xplode before and although a good product Controlled Labs White Flood not only gives you reassurance that the product works but it tastes great and in this economic chrisis your wallet a litte more full.
