what's better
To anyone who can answer my question i'll give them 1 million dollars for laughs LOL. I wanted to find out which is better the cables, bowflex, or dumbbells i use cables, but i alternate i don't know if that's a good or a bad idea, but i guess that's just me i would like a comment on this thanks to all.

why the bowflex
All the bowflex is tention rods, your really not lifting nothing in my own opinion. While with weights your putting your al into what you have to do lift the weight get back to me.

They're messing with ya, bowflex is crap. There's no end to what you can do with Dumbbells. But it's good to mix things up as well ... in my opinion.

i see the sarcasm meter is broken again...
just about everyone in this place will tell you to get weights/power rack/adjustable bench. even if someone recommends another piece of equipment, they will not seriously say to get a bowflex.
