HELP with what supplements to take...
I weigh 145 lbs. on a good day and i was using...
ALR's Bad Ass Mass
BSN Nitrix
Xtreme Tren
ZMA
....I got up to 155 while using them and didn't even work out and saw size and strength come onto me
I've decided to start working out while taking some supplements like these but want to upgrade on any of these and would like to know what would be the best **** to stack while training to try and get up to 165-170. I've thought about taking Plasma Jet and heard there were some better pro hormones than Bad Ass Mass and would like to know what is better of the best! any of these that could be better.
