Hey brownsugar, check out thedailyplate.com. you can back-date your entries, so it doesn't mess up your average. It also has more foods in the data base already than most others i've seen. I'm not using it right now, but I have used it and found it very helpful and easy to use.

35 Day Transformation ? Week 5
35 Day Transformation ? Week 5
Greetings All!
Thank goodness this is called the Hydroxycut Max! Transformation Contest and not the what does the scale say week to week contest because both my weight and body fat increased slightly from last week. Im just going to focus on the positive and look at the big picture . . .
which is a total weight loss of 10.6 lbs and 2.4% body fat.
Here are my updated photos:

Recipe
I have to share this recipe I found in the latest Oxygen issue because I love it so much!
Egg Dish Casserole
Cooking Spray
1 Cup of Egg Whites
? tsp Black Pepper
16 oz of Spinach
? diced Onion
1 ? Cups of Cauliflower
? Cup of diced Mushrooms
1 tsp Olive Oil
8 Oz Non Fat Cottage Cheese (I use the new Fiber One brand that came out recently)
8 oz. 0% Greek Yogurt
? cup grated, reduced fat Sharp Cheddar
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Coat a glass or ceramic 8x8 inch dish with cooking spray. Pour in egg whites and pepper. In a microwave safe bowl microwave spinach for 4 minutes. Saut? onion, cauliflower & mushrooms in a nonstick pan with oil. Season with Salt and Pepper. Add to egg whites. Add cottage cheese, yogurt and cheddar. Stir until combined.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes until top is slightly bubbling. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Hi Terrahp89,
Yes, you will have to retake your Before photo.
The date - including day, month and year - needs to be visible on the newspaper or magazine that you take your before photos with.
The December issue of Maxim would have hit newsstands back in November, which would give anyone using that particular magazine a possible head start on other Contest competitors.
Good luck with your transformation and best wishes in the Contest!
Regards,
The Hydroxycut Max! Rep

Hi newlife 1,
The deadline to enter the contest is February 28, 2009 and a purchase after February 28 does not qualify you to enter the competition.
Your transformation must be a minimum of eight weeks though, so if you purchase the product prior to the February 28 deadline, you can still complete your transformation in time before the final submissions have to be in by 11:59:59 p.m. on April 30th.
So, you still have almost 3 full weeks left to officially start your transformation, but I would make sure that you order Hydroxycut Max! before February 28, if you haven't already done so.
I hope that clears it up for you.
Seeing great shape in your future,
The Hydroxycut Max! Rep

Hi schuaj23 and CaitlinP,
Since you both have the same question, I figured that I would answer you both at once.
Firstly, please ensure that you've read the Official Rules to fully understand the prize details, entry requirements and other important information.
Secondly, you aren't required to post anything on this forum, but a lot of people are choosing to do so to show off their progress and to motivate both themselves and others.
So, you don't have to post your pics here, but you're more than welcome to if you feel like it.
Thanks for your interest and good luck in the Contest,
The Hydroxycut Max! Rep

Hi mistycloud,
You are allowed to enter both competitions, but please make sure that you read the Official Rules for each one, to make sure that you meet the requirements for each competition as they may vary.
Good luck in both contests,

After work today I decided to go clothes shopping. Good news and bad news . . . I went down a size but not really. In the beginning I noted that I was an 8 but apparently I was fooling myself because I really was a 10 and went down to a size 8. Rats!!!! I tried on size sixs and they were tooooo tight. The eights were perfect and actually a tad loose but still not small enough for a 6. I remember that when my weight climbed I only bought two size 10 dress pants and 1 pair of jeans for comfort and then was squeezing my butt in the size eights and wearing those pregnancy shirts to hide it. I thought I was fooling everyone. I apparently fooled myself because I forgot and thought I needed a whole new wardrobe change when in fact if I go to the back of my closet I will find clothes that fit. I still bought one pair of pants size 8 to reward myself because it still counts. Its weird because I have no interest in trying to wear the size sixs so that I can say Im a size 6 but when I was a 10 I thought it was better to wear a size 8 . . . I think it was my way of denying the fact that I was putting on weight where now I know that I am doing something about it so Im more comfortable in my skin. Just thought Id share this small revelation that happened to me in the dressing room today . . .

At least you have the courage to try clothes on! I am to scared to go clothes shopping just yet! I did try on a skirt I had from about 7 years ago (size 4! although I think it just ran small) and I tried that on and I could get it on and zipped up but it doesn't look pretty. I then tried on a size 8 jeans that I had that I haven't worn in awhile and I could get them on but they were just a tad snug...so that is my goal to fit at least into them by next week...I hope!
