Thanks, and yes with ultimate football once you get the ball you can't move and have to pass it. Lots of cardio compared to when we play regular football.

Thanks for following and the kind words, one day I would like to compete. I'm going to put on weight starting in May, then a showtime cut diet in September to see how my body reacts to it. If my body reacts favorably, I will set my sights on competing next spring/summer time frame.

I know 275 isn't heavy for some, but this is a pretty big deal for me I've never been so pumped about reaching a certain weight but I was ready to do a back flip after I pumped out that rep.......LOL

DECLINE 4,4,4
I'm not a big fan of dumbbell presses for this routine cause thats just asking for elbow pain but the hammer strength machine were being used. But even with that said these blasted the hell out of my chest.

This was another great workout probably try 405 for rack pulls next week, still hyped about hitting 275. I Can't wait for tomorrow to see what my max for shoulder presses will be.

Very nice session! Impressive numbers on the DB benching, especially after the heavy BB benching. 275 is an awesome press! Kill 405 on rack pulls next week bro!

275 is great man! I haven't done that kind of heavy stuff for a few years. My best was 315lb but now I would be lucky to get up to 275 for one. I am working on getting my strength back now.

The last two days have been crappy, Tuesday I had Duty and yesterday I was taking care of the wifey. So I didn't make it to the gym, defintely going tonight. I will add Tuesday's Shoulder/Leg workout with Tomorrow's and do Arms Saturday morning.

I had to change what I originally planned to do cause I forgot my gloves again so I'm doing shoulders and legs today. I will do legs after work. Also I tried a preworkout N.O. for the first time today. I went with NO fury for two reasons, one the price cause if I didn't like it or if it didn't work it wouldn't be too much of a loss, and two I already use other six star products and the others haven't let me down yet. Now the taste was horrible, well horrible may be a little harsh it tasted like a cough syrup that didn't taste that bad if that makes sense. Now I took one scoop being that it was my first time but I think I should've taken 2 cause I felt the effects but mildly; I was more in the zone/focused than normal, my muscles felt harder than usual, vascularity(I'm sure I spelled that wrong) not so much, and rush not so much. Now with tonight's workout I will take 2 scoops.

Insane weight on the BTNs!  Great rest of workout too! I'm interested in how the NO works for you. I've never tried it before.

That's man. This NO is so-so, Like I said taste is bad but today I took two scoops and felt more focus and energized. But when I get done with this tub I'ma try a one of the more pricier intra like the controlled labs one or something, cause this taste is borderline unbearable for a long period of time. A guy I work with says no xplode taste good but that's too reach for my blood....LOL
