What to add to oatmeal?
What can i put in oatmeal to make it not only taste better but just change it up. Regular oatmeal gets kinda bland after a while. As of now i put cinnamin and sugar and sometimes apple pieces. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Berries are great.
This is a great blog that incorporates oats into a lot of "clean" breakfast type loaves/cookies

My favorite to add to my oatmeal every morning is SF/FF jello powder. Just a bit flavors the oatmeal great! My favorite is peach, but my boyfriend is in love with lemon! Easy way to change it up every day, great flavor, and not a real change in macros except maybe 10 calories.

speaking of SF jello and macros
has any1 noticed it is 40 calories per box yet contains 4g protein, 0carbs and 0 fat? How does that add up?

But the idea gets even better my friend......you take 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons PB, and then toss in chocolate fudge SF FF PUDDING, not jello!
It basically turns out to be an orgasm in your mouth.

I'm going to be picking up some SF/FF pudding and some more SF Jello. I only have one small box of SF Jello left.

i like to add cinnamon and dried cranberries while i am cooking the oats.
also, i will slice up a banana into a bowl and pour the oatmeal over them. it steams them just perfect, oatmeal takes on banana flavor and bananas still stay firm and not mushy. hmmm....
the only other thing i add is just a tad of milk.
