Routine Change, comments welcome...

Currently training each body part 1x week, been at it for about 4 months with good results. Stalling now. Thinking about going to a 2x week for each body part for a couple months to kick start things. Any advice or comments? Thanks.

Sounds like a good idea. I'm surprised you kept seeing results for 4 months. I'm currently doing each body part 1X per week as well, going on about 2 months. I'm getting ready to switch up as well. I look forward to seeing any suggestions people have...

Tomorrow I'll be finished with a 7 week hypertrophy workout. It is a pretty decent one and I feel like I've gotten a little thicker...but I can tell I'm starting to get on the verge of being overtrained b/c I'm sleepy all the time!

Wks 1-2: Upper/lower/rest/upper/lower/rest/rest (4x6)
Wks 3-5: Upper/lower/Upper/rest/Lower/Upper Lower/rest (3x8)
Wks 6-7: Upper/Lower/rest/Upper/Lower/rest/rest (2x12)

My workout partner and I were going as heavy as we could (we don't believe in light weight unless we're doing shockers) in order to meet the sets and reps posted. This workout was no joke. I found it on here, but we modified some of the exercises, added a few, and deleted a few. I have a list of the exercises if you're interested, PM me.
