Tomorrow I'll be finished with a 7 week hypertrophy workout. It is a pretty decent one and I feel like I've gotten a little thicker...but I can tell I'm starting to get on the verge of being overtrained b/c I'm sleepy all the time!
Wks 1-2: Upper/lower/rest/upper/lower/rest/rest (4x6)
Wks 3-5: Upper/lower/Upper/rest/Lower/Upper Lower/rest (3x8)
Wks 6-7: Upper/Lower/rest/Upper/Lower/rest/rest (2x12)
My workout partner and I were going as heavy as we could (we don't believe in light weight unless we're doing shockers) in order to meet the sets and reps posted. This workout was no joke. I found it on here, but we modified some of the exercises, added a few, and deleted a few. I have a list of the exercises if you're interested, PM me.
