looking for new gains
Hey guys-
Looked around but find to many newbie and 5x5 workouts here. I've been around the gym for a solid 4 years now and have done minimal changing to my routine. I've done enough to bust plateau's here and there but need something to get my motivational back into it. I've been doing the standard chest and tri's, legs,back&bi's and shoulders. All workouts are heavy weights with 8 reps. Just wanted to get something to keep me interested still and not bored of the same movements day in and day out. I was doing a upper/lower body workout but those sucked to me. Anyone got any workouts that they like alot and even maybe with heavy weights but might change up to 10-12 reps. any ideas would be great.
