IT'S TIME TO PUT UP OR SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been talking about losing weight and getting ripped for years. Doing for the sake of being healthy and looking great should be enough, but that 25k sure would help.
I started on 02/02/09 but couldnt get a newspaper until yesterday.
Good luck to all and lift safely

I know the feeling! I weighed myself and saw that I already lost 5 pounds and I've only been using the Shredded Stack for half a week now. My midsection feels tighter as well, which as me psyched as well. I'm already counting down the hours until I go to bed... tomorrow is arms - my favorite day of the week! =)

Good for you. I think everybody has had that point at least once, when enough was enough. I know, I hit it back in 2001 and bodybuilding has been a constant companion ever since. You'll love the new YOU that you'll see in 12 weeks. Just keep that foremost in your thoughts. I carried a picture of what I was going to look like. I'd look at it lots through the day, envisioning seeing that body with my head on it. It took 11 months, but I did it and I've looked that good ever since, except these past 3 months when I've been bulking. Now I'm right there with you, working hard to chip away the fat and find the chiseled physique underneath.

Trainings going good. I started a little slow but now the cadios working for me. All of a sudden I seem to be dropping weight almost 5 lbs this week so far. To bad I'm not on biggest loser I would so be under the yellow line this week. I've even beat the sun in a staring contest. Which kinda sucked because now its gotton really cold in Michigan again.

Transformation
It has finally come down to me and my weights. Me and my mind over the mass I build. Me over the obstacles and over the mountaintops. The time has come.

I didn't take any supplements at all today, I was dragging the whole day. Took 1 hr nap this morning around 10 then another 30 min at 4:30, feeling like I want to go to bed, but I have to pick up the kids. Unable to do early morning aerobics for the next two days. The withdrawl is going to be painful. I will just have to take the stairs more often at work. Took new pictures today, will load them in later. Keep up the good work every one.

Hey everyone!!
Ive been stacking Aplodan, Cryotest, Anabolic Halo, Nano Vapor, and my free Nano X9 I got from the Olympia Expo. These supplements I mentioned, I feel are bulking me up.
My weight has stayed the same even though my clothes are fitting a lot looser and my strength has definately increased. I believe it is because Ive been stacking these supplements mentioned.
I still take Hydroxycut Hardcore when I do my cardio.
Its time to really step it up a notch and get super ripped!
Remember, we have until February 12th to purchase MuscleTech supplements through bodybuilding.com and the contest will end May 7th.
Dont give up and make your dreams come true!
I want to thank bodybuilding.com for sending me a Team MuscleTech shirt with my last order. I look forward to wearing this shirt at the gym and everywhere I go.
I used a discount code from this website and got 10% off on my entire order:
http://www.couponchief.com/bodybuilding
The discount code for 10% off doesnt expire til 7/31/2010! So we can actually keep using this code to save 10% off the entire order until 2010 everytime we make purchases on bodybuilding.com
I recommend you guys use this code to save money
Also, when you do order your MuscleTech supplements be sure to get the free MuscleTech samples ie the free sample packets of Gakic Hardcore and Nano X9 Hardcore
**Bodybuilding.com sent me a free sample of NitroTech Hardcore and a Free sample packet of MyoShock. I look forward to trying the MyoShock.
Again, I hope all of you are doing well and fulfilling your goals.

I wish I could be so confident. Seems to be a lot of great people in this contest, it's going to be very, very close. I would like to win also of course but I think it would also be cool to have a chance to appear in a Muscle Magazine or something similar. You know, be able to go down to the local grocery store and pic up a copy and find myself in an ad . That would be the coolest.

There is a LOT of great competition. People improving by leaps and bounds. I'm still confident in my transformation, and yes... it will be cool to see a picture of myself in an ad! Way cool!
Keep up your progress, man. You'll get there. You have a great shot at this!

Thanks TheeForce - wish you the same!
I'm curious. I know it's probably difficult to determine the effects of a singular supplement in your stack, but what's your take on Aplodan? Do you take as directed? I appreciate your input!
I got Leukic in the MuscleTech Shredded Stack I ordered to help me win this contest. I also, after a bit of research, ordered Aplodan to help with my strength and muscle activation. I was going to wait until my 4wk mark to start taking those, but I think I'll start those next week (week 3) instead. With my diet change and using Hydroxycut. weight is literally melting off me. I think Leukic and Aplodan will help me retain and/or add muscle while I'm losing fat. I'll keep everyone posted.

Shoulders!!!!
Hi peeps! Just wanted to give you all a little tip. When stretching don't forget about you neck, your scalene muscles attach under your collar bone onto your first rib. When they are tight they pull up on your rib which you "feel" in your shoulder. When mine are tight and I do anything with my arm I feel like somethings going to pop off. Google scalene stretches, or go to a massage therapist.
I'm not saying to not go to the doctor, there could be serious stuff going on. Just don't forget about these muscles that are helping you win this contest!!! They liked to be rubbed and stretched!
Also, I know most of you will continue to do them anyway.........but, incline and decline bench and flies are killers on the shoulders, you should replace them with cables.
Good luck and stay healthy!

Very good point. The 1st rib also needing to be adjusted is a major cause of neck pain and arm weakness. It can place additional pressure on nerves and lessen bloodflow. This is often looked over and a diagnosis of neck or shoulder injury is given. People with years of neck/shoulder pain can be relieved in a month with 1st rib manipulations and proper exercise routines.

I like Apolodan. I did the "loading" Phase were you take 6 pills per day for a week and after that week is done, you take 3 pills per day the following weeks.
I dont feel that it is making me retain water but I did take some progress pics on February 2nd and noticed that my lats have gotten bigger.
Aplodan is supposed to activate dormant muscle fibers.
Also I noticed too that my legs have gotten bigger as well. When I put my jeans on, I just noticed that they are more snug around my thighs but my waist size is decreasing little by little.
Ok get this....Ive always had problems squatting, maybe its because of my height and sometimes I get knee pain but I tell you, since Ive been stacking Aplodan, Cryotest, Nano Vapor, Halo, I could literally warm up with a few sets of 220 pound squats (freee weights) for 20+ reps. And this is just warming up. I havent been able to do this in years.
Also, my strength has finally come back that I could do 315s for reps. I look forward to bettering this and truly seeing how heavy I can go..
Some of you might think, that since Im a big guy, I should be able to squat and bench press all this weight but this isnt true. The most I have ever squated was over 400 and that was in high school.
So when I did make attempts to squat over 300 pounds, it was always a struggle for me.
I believe it is because of my height. Also at one point in life, I gave up squatting and when I finally got back into it, it was something I dreaded and placed limitations on myself.
Since Ive been seeing a lot of progress (strength wise), it gave me more faith and belief in myself.
You tend to do this when you see and experience results.
Since stacking these supplements, Ive been recovering from my workouts a lot faster.
Im still a work in progress and know that I have a ways to go until Im finally happy with what I see in my pictures and in the mirror. I still got a lot of fat I want to loose and I want to have my abs and cuts back.

Bro, you worry me.
You are a threat to this contest just like everyone else is.
Just know that there are many of us that come on here and go to your profile and read your posts to see what your progress is.
I tend to do that a lot for motivation and to help me step up my game because since I know you and others are training your butt off, I need to do the same.
So stay on your diet and work your butt off.
In May I cant wait to see everyones progress.
I dont want to be the one left behind, showing little or no improvements.
You guys motivate me.

I have been lifting since I was a kid and even got into training athletes for a while. I always thought I did squats accurately and got knee pain and struggled as well. I to thought it was my height being just shy of 6'2". One day I asked a power lifting coach to watch me and he stopped me and showed me the exact way to squat. I no longer had knee pain and shot up to over 400lb squats.
Also, Warming up with 220lbs is not good when doing squats. Ask the heavy lifters that no their stuff and you should do 3-5 sets ranging from just the bar to maybe 185, then slowly work your way up. That could be causing your knee pain as well.

I think Leukic and Aplodan will help me retain and/or add muscle while I'm losing fat. I'll keep everyone posted.

I'm having great success with the shredded stack + halo myself. I'm curious about Aplodan. Been looking at other MUscleTech products since I'll be making another order in a week or two, and am looking to see if anything new might peak my interest.

Thank you for the advice...
Man, I wish I had knowledgable training partners I can work out with here.
There is a lot I can learn and still must learn. Thank you.

Got my MuscleTech!
I got my order in yesterday! Ill start taking it on my next cycle of working out. This contest has already been so motivational for me. I have already lasted longer on a diet than any other attempt i have made in the past. I feel like im winning already whether or not i actually do, if i can stay this way i have won for myself. I hope everyone else is feeling the same way and making awsome accomplishments.
