He was 97lbs at age 20? Wow thats crazy, he must be really short too cause he didn't look that skinny really. What was his weight after the few months it took him to gain his size? Props to him, he looks awsome, and you too bro nice transformation!

Hi OneLoveLift Hard,
Actually "97-pound Weakling" is an expression from an old Charles Atlas ad campaign, It just means a skinny, wimpy, guy.
Chris started his transformation during his sophomore year in college.
He was 6'3" and 188 lbs of pure softness.
After only 2 1/2 months of training, he looked dramatically better. Today, he weighs 212 pounds. He trains with the absolute fundamentals, basic dumbbell and barbell exercises only. No Machines, No pulleys.
-Zach.

Hey guys,
Chris and I have been writing articles that we publish on our website: www.transformationsuperchallenge.com. Hopefully you find them helpful, it is a lot of the same philosophy we use in our training and a lot of free nutrition advice as well. Please read through them and let me know if you find any of them especially beneficial.
All the best,
Zach

As the OP already said 97lb weakling is just a phrase used for a wimp, or weedy man. Charles Atlas used it in his ads back in the 1920s.
Tip: Read before you post.
Thanks for the comments everyone!
