Guys 5'8-5'10 160-170 Post your pics!
I'm about 170 atm, hoping to get to 175-180 then cut a little for summer, so I'm curious to see what kinda physiques we have on here in that sorta range, reps while i can give em out btw

well....im 5'9-5'10 ...an im 185 right now...my avatar is at 190...but that was when i was bulking. dont have a current pic but im shooting to get to 170 after my cut ( which im on at this point)

well honestly, till my abs show...
im trying to get cut...i figure ill add lean muscle after i get my abs back haha.
youre looking ripped...sort of what im shooting for as far as body fat%

i go the slow and steady route... gradually increasing cals maintaining a high activity level
