Starting back up after a month off. Just wanting someones opinion. Superpump before and SizeON during, then protein after....OR NO Explode before and protein after. Not familiar about NO Explode and if it is a creatine or what. thanks

NoXplode is a preworkout supplement. It's in the same category as SuperPump250. For obvious reasons, I prefer SuperPump250
If you go with plan B, you'll need a creatine supplement if you are planning on duplicating the general idea in plan A.
Let me know if you have any questions about our products.

I favor Shock Therapy by Universal as an NO product. Cheaper than NO Xplode, just as effective to me.

I just finished a thing of SuperPump 250, but am just starting out on my first couple of tries of No-Xplode and I am finding I have more of that oomph with No-Xplode.

NoXplode has a higher caffeine content than SP250. It might feel like more of a kick at first, but you'll find that caffeine energy not only has a bad crash later in the day, but you also become accustomed to it much quicker at higher doses, requiring progressively more and more scoops to get the same effect.

I found the same thing with SP250. The first 3-4 times I took it was great. Huge pumps, added weight to every lift etc...
But after that i found that I had to keep adding to my dose to get those same pumps, till I was up to almost 3 scoops.

How many scoops did you start with? Sometimes people start too high and then the escalation process is much quicker. I'm 6' and ~210lbs and typically only need 1 scoop (unless I'm really dragging that day).

Started with 1 1/2 scoops. Day 4 I was up to 2 scoops. Day 10 it was 3 scoops or so.

My current stack is all Gaspari. SP250, SizeOn. So far it's working really great. I don't know about NoXplode but if you run that you will need a creatine which you can get from Cell Mass(another BSN product). I was on Cell Mass for a long time and it is a great product and tastes really good. Both options are good but I would suggest Gaspari.

Don't get me wrong, i loved the results when they lasted. Thought it was a great product. I have been thinking of picking up another tub and just taking it on my heaving workout days.

A lot of people don't realize that SizeOn is much more than just a creatine product. I see it get compared to competitor's creatines all the time, but beyond creatine SizeOn has GMS for pumps and endurance, Peak ATP for cellular energy output and about 30g of performance carbs (similar to waxy maize, but better). It's a comprehensive intraworkout creatine and recovery drink.

I have tried tons of different preworkout drinks. Here is a little review of them:
White Flood - Freaked my wife out because it gave me a rash. Think it was due to the Niacin in it but it went away while I was working out. All I felt off of it was tired and no motivation to workout. It does however once you suck it up and start gives you a good amount to fuel thru your workouts.
Superpump 250 - Gave me the craps. I think it has been reformulated and it was the magnesium in the earlier version that caused this in a lot of people. I myself love Plasmajet made by them. Get great pumps from Plasmajet. Haven't tried Superpump since the reformulation though. I also take Sizeon and have been happy with it. I have also taken Halodrol LGC's and like them and use Novadex XT also and am happy with it.
NO Xplode - I got acclimated to the caffiene in it really quick. I started out with one scoop and on the second container I was up to three. Only made it thru two containers and it didn't work anymore. Also it dehydrated the heck out of me.
Universal Shock Therapy - Tastes like sweaty grape ass and doesn't last long. I do use a few other Universal products and love them. I have taken Animal Test, and take Animal Paks Multivitamins for like the last 20 something years. Just started taking their EAA's and I have been taking their ZMA for months and love it. If you are looking for a good prework supplement from them and don't mind taking pills, I would suggest Animal Pump. It is really good.
Beta NOX - Decent and cheap. Got some good pumps from it.
Labrada's Supercharge NO Xtreme - This stuff is the bomb. I started out with 2 scoops for an Intense Workout which is what it recommends and I am on my 5th container and still use 2 scoops and get some intense Workouts which last for 2 hours a pop. I am hooked on this stuff.
Cellucor M5 (Powder not Pill form) This stuff is also the bomb and I get some hellacious workouts on it too but it is expensive and they have limited sellers of the product. I take either this and Labrada's Supercharge once a day since I do two 2 hour workouts a day.
Looking forward to trying MHP's Dark Rage to see how good it is.

I threw out half a tub of No-Explode and Muscle Milk last week, I couldn't stand the taste of either. I'm sticking to the basics now, non-flavoured whey, creatine, BCAA, V&M and glutamine.

I have used both superpump and no-xplode. I like them both. I'll use one for a month or so, take a week off, then switch to the other. When the two tubs are done, I may just pick one.

I have been using superpump 250 for some time now and like it a lot.Tastes good and great pump and energy.Considering using size-on to stack with the SP250.
Had a sample of No-Xplode and while it gave a good pump, i was pretty cloudy through out and after my workout. Did not like this product.
Anyone know where can i get a Size-on sample?

Save your money.
Try this;
100-200 mg Caffeine pill pre-workout.
5 g creatine post workout.
Cost you about $0.20/serving.
What do you think we did before Gaspari and BSN even existed?
Nothing against either company, but no one's going to charge me that kind of money for 2 basic supps that I can put together. and I really don't care if my version doesn't have the latest "matrix technology".
just my $.02, err $.20.

White Flood, tingle is from beta alanine, works great, good pumps, need creatine, taste is OK, much beter than original
Scivation - VasoCharge, beta alanine, tastes great, good energy, great pumps, need creatine
IDS - Beta Nox, beta alanine, tasty, great pumps, good energy without jitters, need creatine. (I use beta nox with muscle volumizer and waxy maize and it's is freaky good)
NO Xplode, never did a single thing for me except a caffeine buzz and nasty flavor, no pumps, nothing
newest one I've tried is Magnum Nutraceuticals - Serum, really tangy, beta alanine, lots of energy, great pumps, need creatine

Vasocharge has creatine.
It's a pretty decent formula actually and when mixed with Xtend is a potent combo.

you dont know what it is? lol , but your going to order it?
no explode is a arginine supplement, helps with pumps...
your better off ordering AAKG thru now nutrition, 1/3 the price, same damn thing....make sure you drink your no or aakg on a empty stomach 30 min before workout, DO NOT mix with other proteins or aminos while its digesting

you should try Xtned.
I tried the reformulated super pump and I just could not do it, the cramps and runs did me in. NO explode is just that NO explode, NO Nothing, didn't care for it, but I do like the taste of the lemon lime. I tried MRI's product and that gave me stomach problems also. I am currently taking Vasocharge and Xtned togather. So far that has been best for me

Bottom line is that basically none of them are worth the cost. Beta-alanine, caffeine, citrulline mallate, can all be bought in bulk (small quantities, not huge tubs) and when mixed with Gatorade, you've got your basic 'pre-workout' drink for a fraction of the cost. The way the body adapts to these chemicals makes buying them in pre-made form a total waste.
