Well I was worried I was going to let myself and the team down, kinda sick last week and lazy too if I am any judge and only squeezed 2 workouts in, also kept the diet in check cept Saturday when a gang of folks went out and watched the UFC, (3 pitchers of Newcastle, 4 shots of Johnny Walker Black, a beer battered fish and chips entree, you get the picture, GSP beating the daylights out of BJ Penn good times)
At any rate, just weighed an hr ago.
-3 lbs
1/26:341
2/2:338
Workout today was phenominal, great cardio and all back exercize. Feeling diesel.

Although I came home from work sick today I still got in a pretty good workout. Figured I can try sweating this crap out some more.
Treadmill
30 min
2-5 mph, 1.5-8% grade
According to the treadmill 273 cals, 1.82 miles
2 sets of a small shoulder circuit I do for my therapy
10 x 5lbs side raises
10 x 5lbs front raises
10 standing rows with a blue therapy band
10 standing rows (higher) with blue therapy band
8 blast strap pushups
The next part is going to sound odd but since I still have some major weakness in the shoulder and I like to take a hot tub after working out I did the following. :
3 sets of 25 bodyweight dips....the water helps make me lighter but I can still feel it in the triceps and shoulders

Down 12lbs guys now at 207lbs,amazing considering the month Ive had I have barely trained because I was Ill with a chest infection again did not eat my normal diet at all but all normal foods with high carbs lots of mash and white bread and I have started letting a bit of crap sneak into the diet again I have a new found addiction for the fizzy haribo sweets I didnt even eat sweets when I used to be 350lbs.I did religiously stick to my calories though
Time to get back into it full on but the 12lbs is OK with me and I feel a lot leaner as well even though the tape has barely moved somethings different

So everybody knows this, we are only 4 pounds away from the 100 pound loss mark!!!! There are still a sh*tload of people to still update. I am wondering now, if the 150 pound mark will be met.

Well guys on 1/1/09, I started at 277 now I'm at 269. Not too bad being that I've been dealing with a stomach virus the last couple weeks.

35 more pounds and we will have hit the 150 pound mark. I am assuming now it will be met by the 5th.
