Cellucor - Q&A

I wanted to readdress Cellucor questions to one place. Cellucor Exposed is no longer a valid thread, IMO. It contains too much non-cellucor related matters, and flames from a long dissappeared Dr Cellucor.

I feel strongly that I need to address the questions and posts about Cellucor, but I do not wish to infringe on the promotional section or talk anything negative about 3rd party product. Individual ingredients can be discussed, but please refrain from comparing directly. You may suggest supplements you have had better success with to identify possible reasons, and or to help better describe your results. (be respectful please).

I want no Cellucor reps talking or acting poorly. Stay out of the promotional section.

I have talked to and dealt with MANY people on this matter, and I feel welcomed to this thread, but I am trying to remain in the confines of the policies. There is a sticky for them (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=245936)

We are privileged to be here, and to be able to answer questions and assist in every aspect of Bodybuilding/Fitness. I do not mind helping in all categories, and even receiving negative feedback as long as its presented respectfully.

I hope to continue the growing respect I have been given by some of the big guys around here. Respect all around.

Feel free to PM me personally with any issues, and or questions. If you question whether something is not "kosher" to post than PM me, and I can assist you in that decision.

Hey Mike, I'm in! I'm about 2 1/2 weeks into the muscle mass stack ( p6red, r3, m5), absolutely love it! I've been doing 5 p6 a day, and i'm up 2 lbs since i've started. I'm eating very clean, and feel great. I'm gonna be running it the full 8 weeks, how long do you suggest a break should be b4 i start using the p6 red again?

Some use P6 red up to 12 weeks and see benefit. After 8 weeks I see diminishing returns, personally.

I run p6 red 8 weeks on...8 weeks off. I stay on M5 and R3 straight through. If your budget allows it. If you want to stretch it out try taking M5 on workout days, and then R3 on workouts days. Id say you can achieve a decent amount of results with that dosing if budget is an issue.

If budget is not , or you have a really good connection for deals. DOUBLE IT UP!! haha...

My current stack is as follows

1 cap D4 Thermal Shock (waking)
2 cap T7 with Breakfast
3 cap WS1 with Breakfast

1 cap D4 Thermal (pre-lunch)
1 cap T7 with lunch
3 cap WS1 with lunch

preworkout 1packet M5....1packet Nzero
during - 10g BCAA
post 40 grams whey iso + 8 caps R3

Just cycled off of P6 Red...( I suggest 5caps,3caps,2caps)....in the last few days - I dont break out at all this way.

Non-Cellucor products - Multi, ZMA, Tocotrienols, High Gamma E, Multi Mineral, ALCAR, MSM, Zero Impact Bars, and Melatonin everyother night.

Got some really cool feedback from Atlanta.

Ernest Miller who played "The Ayatollah" in The Wrestler lives in Atlanta and LOVES P6 red. He was taking it to train for the movie and said he had the sickest workouts of his life!

He is a dedicated athlete, and works out with his younger son ( NBA prospect). I guess that family is full of talent.

Hey Mike I just bought the weight loss stack and I am a little scared about the
T7 and its thyroid stimulting effects. My freind got something by synthrax and he is having thyroid problems . Can you give me a true feedback on the T7.Will thyroid go back to normal after the cycle is completed.

Yeah the precursor used for increasing T3 levels should not cause an issue if you use the standard dose, and use it for 4 weeks max.

The other benefits are the fucoxanthin in really high concentration so you literally will be burning off fat just sitting around. Also, it really inhibits fat storage while being used.

You can techincally use actual thyroid hormone for 2-3 weeks ( way more potent than T7, but illegal) and you thyroid would bounce back without issues.

Gugglesterones do not sit well with some people if that is the other product you are talking about.

I can officially say I like what i've been experiencing so far of Cellucor's products.... I'll have an update soon but i'm in weight quick (8lbs?) just sticking to my core foods of whole wheat rice, grilled chicken and steamed veggies

Just dropped in to say hi. Also thanks for the earlier advice thru PM's that I sent you. I am currently in my 20th day of my second Cycle of P6 Black along with M5 to fuel my workouts. As usual I think it kicks ass. Very happy with results so far. Keep up the great work!!

Yeah, the M5 samples always go ever extremely well. Worst case they taste awesome. I had a guy fight me over not having the green apple in stock when I did a store visit last week, haha!

Cellucors site doesnt have p6 black extreme and i cant find hardly any information about it on the internet but i have a store in my town that carries it and they said it is supposedly the best product on the market right now and for its price, it better be so please let me know if this is real or if i can buy it from cellucor?

Just started adding thermal shock into my list of supps and man this stuff is great. I want to get even more shredded while gaining size so that's why im stacking it all. I live by Cellucor now and couldn't be prouder to be part of the team.

Your 16...no need for P6 black. Anyone under 25 in my opinion is not in need of an extreme PH.

I promise you run M5 and R3 for 3 months you will gain 12-15lbs lean. Go look at 15 - sixteen oz. steak! Tell me that is enough muscle to make you happy! haha

No reason to mess with your hormones until 18 or so, and even at that you should only experiment with weaker T boosters, and even wait till 21 for the AI types products.

All you need to do is Maxmize Musclular Hydration with M5, Max out your recovery with R3 and a whey iso, and maximize your hormonal state by sleeping, eating, and training properly.

There is not much more you can do at 16.

Just be patient and learn how to lift properly, and eat properly. You will grow when your body is ready, so in the meantime build a nice foundation to grow off of, and over the next 4-5 years you'll be a lean mean lifting machine! Also, you will be natural, and will be able to really take advantage of the more hardcore supps the longer you wait.

Nice! I usually take 1 Thermal Shock with one packet of Nzero pre-workout. I get euphoric about 30 mins into my steady state, and I usually walk off of my HIIT sessions with 3 towels soaked!

I hate cardio, but not on that stack.

Seems like Matt responds pretty similiarly to me. Usually P6 kicks in hard days 7-10....and runs consistent till about 10-12 weeks. I prefer to cycle every 8 weeks personally, but for those training they can extend it out a bit to maximize the slower cuts, and final weeks into a show.

P6 Black is very potent, but is non-methyl. So, the feedback on liver values via bloodwork has been positive. Like any PH I suggest a full PCT. If you don't know what a solid PCT is....then I suggest doing some more homework.

Also, at 19 forget PH's exist. You could run 8 weeks of P6 red ( natural) take 4 weeks off...then run another 8 weeks. If you pull everything together, and train right you could net the same gains as most PH's on the market without any negative effect on your natural production of testosterone.

If your endocrine system is not fully matured you will not get what you want out of PH, and you will lose a majority of you gains.

Just finished 4 weeks of P6 Black N-Zero and starting P6 Red M-5 today for 4 weeks. Will take a month off and start a 8 week P6-Black cycle can not wait. The 4 weeks on Black my endurance and strength and been really good for me, looking forward to a full 8 week cycle. It will be my last for this year, I will finish up the summer with a stim free weight loss stack. I get my measurements done in 4 weeks and am looking forward to what they will be.

yea my edocrine sytem is probably not done being fully developed usually at 25 is when it is fully develped for so iv read. I will try the p6 red but will I keep the gains on this oppose to the p6black..?and how good is the estrogen blocker last thing I want is boobs!
