Got in one heck of a workout today even though I am sick as a dog. Figured I would sweat it out. I worked the sh*t out of my shoulders and back. Didnt do any cardio as my heart rate was through the roof while I was lifting. Plus I almost passed out and puked a few times but I held it back.
On a side note, Friday was my last official day of therapy for the shoulder. My therapist was very happy with my progress. She said my flexibility and strength is extremely good. Couldnt have done it without her. I can go for another month if I want but she has seen me at the gym and knows I will work it at the gym, just gotta be smart. If I want though my file is still open and I can go back in and get some ultrasound. She cleared me to do just about everything I want but pullups, bench and anything that might just be stupid. So I just have to train smart.
I think I am going to get a crew together and get back to my old passion, martial arts. Have a couple guys that want help training to cage fights so hopefully we can find some place we can convert into a gym and call home.

January workouts:
10 weight sessions - suppose to be approx 2-3 per week. Not enough but they are full body and last for about 45 mins. Three sets of 15 each.
12 cardio sessions - did more than one session on a couple days
11 days off - tooo many !
Still happy with it now that I see it written down

Well I ended the first month of the year with a BANG! Longest and one of the best and most intense workouts yet. Blasted my shoulders/back to hell. Did deads for really only like the 2nd time ever. 315lbs! new pb. Tough though, could only get them up for 3 reps.
It was just a ridiculous time, hardly anyone there and I was feeling great. almost a 2.5hr workout, lol.
Nap time now!
Also lowest weight, next week maybe i can make it into the 350's

Nice, so far 3 people at an even 30 pounds total, I am at 399. Wasnt gonna say much about it tho. It has been a struggle to get here too.

Good, reallly good. Having marital troubles, but who doesnt right.? I might be leaving in a couple months, financially, I am getting lied too, we are so behind on bills when I was told she was paying them. I would know in a week or so, I might be back home with my mom with my son.
Other than that, bieng, under 400 is nice.

Yeah man, I remember the first time that happened with me, man, good days after that, so much easier to stay motivated now that you don't see yourself as a "400 pound man".

I'll get mine in tomorrow or the next day. Tonight is gonna be a cheat night. Wings, mad other appetizers, I can't NOT eat a little. I'll use some damage control techniques though. Big bowl of oats and another half gallong (making it about 2 gallons for today) before so I'm not THAT hungry.
