advice needed for beer.
hi all. Last weekend i had a few drinks, around 4. This was the first time since new years eve that i drank. I've been invited out tonight for a few, was wondering if this would affect my body fat or gains in any way. i dont intent to drink until february 13th when i've been invited out to a party. please reply asap, thanks guys

yes it will effect your gains.. because when you are drinking.. you could be having another meal and gaining

yo just drink and have a good time...and it doesn't matter if u drink liquor or not cuz it has the same amount of calories pretty much

this is posted like once a day,
I think somewhere some1 said it slows protein synthesis so yes it will slow your gains if you do it enough, im sure one drink here and there wont kill you though.
btw its just empty calories, so thats no good either
