I'l post full stats tomorrow. But I've just weighed myself and it ant looking good. I was 202.8lb. I've had a bad bad week, and last night I had a really big big meal. So thats still got to pass though.
In the next 4 weeks I will lost 10+lb, I've got a lot of making up to do.
On a good note:
A few months back I was nearly killed by a taxi driver who knocked me of my bike. Well his insurers have admitted responsibility for the accident. Ya I feel a big payday comingmy way. Mind you the bike cost me 450 just to fix.
Anyway just thought I'll share the good news

I guys here up northin quebec it's winter and with temperature bellow zero it's hard to melt  )))
so now i'm at 164 lbs and 17.5 % bf ( with my scale i can get an appointment for my bf test so i'm waiting)
everything goes well for me

im down another 2 pounds for the week to 186. Thats 11 pounds this month. I finally had a couple of beers yesterday to celebrate. They tasted pretty good haha.

good ****... little studyn today.. some cardio.... call it a day... im trying to stay away from going out until spring break... every weekend i go out... friends wanna just eat junk food and drink... so now i just prefer to stay in and relax and study.........its funny, everyones askin where ive been..... i got to get ready for SPRING BREAK!!! gotta look good on the cruise

I did an hour of hills. I'll do pilates when I'm done watching Fool's gold.
I made Xform1's pizza for lunch. It was very good.

i just did half hour of cardio today.. plan to do same tomorrow with some ab work... then monday off since i have class ALL DAY.. last class ends at 9pm.... and then new episode of HEROES comes on at 9!!

i made a homemade pizza last night (inspired by xform i think)
whole wheat crust, FF mozzerella, green pepper, onion. freakin awesome... ate the whole thing.. bout 1000 cals.

BF: 23.9% (highest reading, down from 27%)
Photos, took some but not updating bodyspace yet - the difference I see is in my core. I see nothing at all in the legs even though they feel more solid. I'm a bit disappointed, even though it's probably too soon for visual changes.
I will take new stats by the deadline and update the above if anything changes.
Starting on Monday, I am adding a leg day:
M: Back & shoulders, walk
T: Legs, walk
W: Chest, tris and bis, walk
Th: Back & shoulders, walk
F: Legs, walk
Sa or Su: Cardio

week results
i weighed in at 243.8lbs and 23.8% bf, not sure why i didnt lose that much bf, but oh well :-( whats the odds of a birthday thursday, birthday friday, ufc fight saturday, superbowl sunday.....i guess i slipped bad this week and also had brownies....its sunday feb 1 and its time to start fresh again......legs and HIIT tonight.....
doing HIIT 2 days in a row was a bad idea cuz it almost injured my ankle due to intensity...
time for fresh start....no cheat meal for me till feb 14 :-)

9lbs in one month...
im eating around 2300-2000 cals a day.
will probably average 4lbs a month the rest of the way to my eventual goals of 180ish and 10%.
