i know where you are coming from on this. my best is 315 but today i squated 350 off a box just slightly below parallel (maybe it was just parallel i have vids for people to help me lol) When i squat reg. my knees go really far forward...but when i box squat i can actually sit back on my way down and actually have enough power to move the weight.
