Nothing better than maintained weight and smaller measurements- you must be muscling up nicely

Well Sunday we came back from Vegas. We were there from Thursday to Sunday night. Let me tell you... it was just unforgettable..... we had sooooo much fun.... spent lots of money though... We went to see a few hotels, saw 1 show, went to see the Grand Canyons... that was awsome.... We took the hellicopter there, then it landed right in the middle, we had lunch there + champaign and then it took us back. That's how we spent Valentine's
So now I am back to reality. Luckily I didn't gain any weight.... probably because we did lots and lots of walking and not too bad in terms of food.
Monday I did 25 minutes on the treadmil
Today - Did some weights. Didn't finish the workout though so I will do it tonight.....

Thank you girls!!!!!!!!!
Today woke up and did my cardio - 26 minutes, 2.92 miles. I am planning to do some more walking on the treadmill tonight. I think that I will alternate now... 1 day weights, 1 day cardio.
Last night I spent catching up on the tv stuff I missed - Biggest loser, 90210, and the City... those seem my favorite now. I still watch Real World every now and then.... Gotta love being able to record these shows

Last night came home and did another 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill - so that is a total of 40 minutes for yesterday.
Today woke up nice and early and did my measurements
Not much changed from last week. However a few things moved a little:
Weight - down .6lb -> now 125.4
Legs - 20.75-> now 20.5
arms - 10->now 9.75
so moving in the right direction girls I have not been 125 in quiet some time now.... so I am very happy!!!!!!!!
Today - woke up and did upper body training + 15 minutes on the treadmil
