Diet questions and Hydroxycut hardcore

ok I am attempting to lose 20 to 25 lbs but im not a fat person to begin with. i just have an extra layer around my waist. I have been dieting for 3 weeks straight now by cutting out all soda and eating a strict regime of chicken breast. after 3 weeks i have lost 2 lbs. i am taking hydroxycut hardcore now and i need advice on what is best when it comes to dieting with this supp. any advice would be great thanks.

diet sounds ok, 2lbs in 3 weeks seems a little less weight loss than you would expect. are u doing cardio?

What about your water intake? Especially if your lifting and dieting, as well as doing cardio, you need lots of agua...

all i eat at the moment is chicken breast and a few protein shakes. heaps of water and consitent cardio. im loosing 3lbs a week,

im drinking about 100 oz of water a day and doing at minimum 30 min of cardio a day 5 to 7 times a week with my heart rate at 130-145.

Calorie Deficit...most important. Yes you may be eating only chicken breasts but you need to get your green veggies in there for nutrients and fiber. Having you been counting calories?

Diet = 75%
Exercise = 20%
Fat burner = 5%

no i havent been really, if anything Iv'e just been eating a larger percent less then usual. lets say my regualr diet before I started was genarally 3,000 cal/day now it is probably near 1250-1500. Should I contine to take animal pack for the nutrition that im lacking in?

Your calories are way to low at 1500 you need to eat more. Your body is holding on to all it can now, by eating so little you caused your metabolism to slow down.

This, bump them up to at least 2000 i would say, adding more protein woudl help......when the hydroxycut is gone i would go with some good old fashioned EC if your cardio is consistently at that heart rate
