MY BAD, His pics are all there forget this statement >>>Do you have any more before pics? I didnt see one that met the clearly showing you and the paper, I seen the paper by itself with hands on it, but not shot of you holding the same paper.
I hate to be a drag, but there are poses you have to do (for me they were silly because I am so out of shape), but I did them anyway. Here is a cut and paste from the rules
5. Requirements For Pictures:
The Before and After Pictures must comply with each of the following requirements:
(a) all Pictures must be taken with the same lighting and background; (b) Pictures must be taken in multiple poses, including FRONT RELAXED, BACK RELAXED, ABS AND THIGH, MOST MUSCULAR AND SIDE CHEST; (c) all Pictures must be taken with you wearing the same color and style of clothing; (d) you must have substantially the same hair-style and (if applicable) makeup in each Picture; (e) one "IMPORTANT"(1) of the Before Pictures and one (1) of the After Pictures must show you holding a national newspaper with the date clearly visible; (f) additionally, one (1) of the Before Pictures and one (1) of the After Pictures must be a close-up photograph of the national newspaper with the date clearly visible and"IMPORTANT" (g) only you and no one else may appear in the Picture. Additional technical requirements for the Pictures are set forth on the entry page.
And great point Oldmanskinny.
Also if you do anything with photshop with your pics you want to be sure to keep a clean un-photoshopped copy of your picture available. Oceanblue149 has great side by side comparison pictures someone asked her how to do it she said

I have yet to have a pic that I think a side by side comparision would show visible change, so I havent tried it.

So I'm not sure what I am missing. I have all poses please clarify your comment. I don't have the newspaper anymore, so I'm not sure the point of the request. Please clarify your requests with specifics. My progress pics after two weeks don't include all poses because those aren't the "before" pics.
Thanks for the help but I have no idea what you are talking about.

Yours are in exactly the right place. And I think you've met the "newspaper" requirement--I see your fingers on each side, and I see the same newspaper in your relaxed front pose. The easy way to make them side by side (I just tried it back on my pics in page 58 of this forum) is to take out the "return" between the IMG links.
I'm going to do the same thing--take progress pics every two weeks. To keep things straight, you might go back into the "edit" portion of the progress pics and label the first set as the "before pics for the MuscleTech Transformation Contest"

Remember, though, that 25% of the points for the contest come from the essay, and in that essay you will want to say how much you LOVED the Muscletech supp you took and how much it did for you.

You can click "edit" at the bottom of any post you make in the forum and change it. So you can delete the old pics and put in the new ones in the same post if you want, or just delete everything and post a new comment in the forum with the new pics.
And if any of you are interested, I am posting daily my workout and nutrition in my bodyblog section. I'd appreciate your comments and critique.

Lol tell me about it hahaha. The bengals will bring the intensity level up next year. They wont let it happen again but If not then I've heard rumors that Marvin Lewis will be gone if a winning record isn't present in the 2009 season.

Well, it's all about marketing. The companies involved are giving away money and prizes as an advertising investment, and I believe that the most marketable overall "stories" will be what they consider when it comes time to choose. I wasn't involved in last year's contest, but in reading through the thread they had, it seemed that the people who were always posting, always promoting themselves and always in the judges faces are the ones they seemed to remember most. Sure, you could say "I bought this bottle of Hydrazide and in just seven days I transformed myself from fat to ripped!" (seven days is how long that 4.99 bottle of Hydrazide will last you if taken as directed). But, that's not too believeable a story, and not likely to win you any endorsements. You can do the minimum required, but I think you would be hurting your chances for victory!

I've been using this site for quite sometime, but never actually used the forums or body space that much. But seeing that I got the pamphlet for the contest in my last shipment, I figured I'd give the contest a second look over. I am pleased to hear that you're not required to use ALL MuscleTech products in the contest, but at least one must be present, which is fine by me.
However, I was wondering, how will they know you purchased a MuscleTech product? I remember personal profiles use to keep account of all your purchases, but I can't find that section anymore. Anyone know where it is? I want to know when I bought my last MuscleTech supplement.

you will sign into your account when you order off of bb.com. Once you log into your account and go to "my BB.com" scroll down and there is a link to "track my order status." From there you can type in the number and see the details. Hope this helped

missing picture
I started the contest on Sunday, although i forgot to put my back relaxed pic up right away, i just noticed i didn't have it up and put it up today, would that be a disqualification? The pic was taken on Sunday along with all of my others. i just did not put it up immediate.

Let me feed your paranoia: They can disqualify you at any time and are not required to notify you of your disqualification.
Comforting.
And not a joke. Check the rules.
But, no. That should not be a problem whatsoever. As long as all the required poses are posted to your BodySpace profile within the specified dates then you're good to go.

Its different from when I did a check like that, but thanks. Apparently my Vitakic was bought last weekof December. I guess this is good a time as any to try Halo. Been meaning too for quite sometime.

If I am looking at your pictures correctly, that is what mine should look like right? I'm not familiar with official pose names, but if that's all of them, that's definitely better for me to understand.

No, accurately you were some help after all. And as far as the Halo goes, I was going for orange as well. I tend to like those fruity flavors. But seeing that you highly recommend it, how should I take it? Right after a workout, wait 30mins then take my protein shake?

Hey what's up? I was wondering how did you like the Halo...I want to try it, but I want to see someone else's opinion. Just wondering, because I am trying to put together a hell of a package and I think I can take this competion. Just wanted to know some of your + and - of Halo. I need to go to the next level. Thanks.

POST WORKOUT:I'm taking Halo and it works great. Helps me sleep better too for some reason. Basically this is what it does: ANABOLIC HALO puts muscles into an anabolic state and works to freeze catabolism.
Why it's good to stop catabolism: Those pathways of metabolism concerned with the breakdown and oxidation of fuels and hence provision of metabolic energy. People who are undernourished or suffering from cachexia are sometimes said to be in a catabolic state, in that they are catabolizing their body tissues, without replacing them. Halo helps to stop catabolism

the fact that you're busting your ass in the gym is probably helping you sleep better more than any supps you are taking. personally, i cant stay up past 10 since ive started the contest. i used to struggle with insomnia but no longer since ive been working out intensely

True. I also used to stay up, usually until 1am no matter what time I would get up for work. Now I'm in bed by 10pm the latest and sleep like a baby.
*Off Topic* I just hit the scale this morning, down to 213lbs from beginning date weight of 227.6lbs.. You better be on top of your game
