Insufficient Nutrition?

As a track and football athlete I try to stay in great shape. This past summer I was eating healthy and training hard 6 days a week. I was putting on the lbs and losing body fat. An example, I gained 4 lbs of muscle and went from 6.9 to 6 percent body fat in a month. I hit 4 percent body fat in Sept and changed my diet to a clean diet. Lately, it seems as though I can't gain any weight and even though I'm eating seven times a day I think I'm shrinking. Maybe I should go back to eating as much as I can(cleanly but not feel stuffed) for every meal? Right now I'm 5'11 and 183 lbs. Here's what I eat in a typical day(every 2-3 hrs).

Bowl of kashi cereal, banana, 3 pieces toast with peanut butter
5 eggs, green pepper, carrots
2 chicken breasts, can of green beans
Peanut butter sandwich, carton of yogurt
protein shake(advocare post workout)
2 cans of tuna, onions, tomatoes
2 chicken breasts, lettuce, cottage cheese

Currently training 4 days a week:

Chest
Back, calves
Legs, shoulders
Biceps, triceps, calves
off
off
off
Along with 5 days cardio.

Previous training during 4 percent body fat was:

chest, biceps, triceps
Back, shoulders
Legs
chest, biceps, triceps
Back, shoulders
Legs
off
Along with 4 days cardio for 1 hr and 3 days speed

Thanks for the advice.

Include some more fat in your diet, that may help
And if you're losing weight, simply increase eat meal by a little

Why do you take 3 days in a row off?

For recovery and I work a ton on the weekends lately. I hit each body part depending on the day for a minimum of 2 hours.
