how quick do people see results from their supplements? Is it a whole tub or is it over a couple of weeks? Planning a grueling back work out tomorrow. Dead lifts, chins, rows then we will go from there. Funny there is never a line at the chin up bar or the dead lift platform. Why is that. don't people want big backs.

I wonder if any one has already dropped from the contest... I'm sure most will drop from the contest in February if they are going to. I was in last years contest and I dropped, not to sure when though, lol.
Saturday and Sunday I did 200 Minutes of cardio for a total of 2000 Calories or more. I had a hamburger at Applebees, felt guilty so I did 50Min Cardio Saturday and Sunday Morning (Total 100Min) and 50Min Saturday and Sunday Night (Total 100Min) = 200Min.
Anyone else have a falling out yet?

Hey guys dropped another 2 pounds and my waist is definitely still coming down. I will keep posting pictures every thursday night. This helps me stay motivated because I hope to see changes from week to week. I also think it would be cool to put together a picture thing where I can show how my transformation progressed from week to week. Keep after it!

been working through a cold the last 3 or 4 days, lifts are going strong but cardio is hindered, been reduced to walking because of lung congestion. i hate to sit out when i've been going so strong, every day for 3 weeks now. it doesnt seem to be making it worse so i figure i'll keep rockin and rollin.

Congrats on the steady weight drop--2 pounds a week is just right. I went to look at your pics, but the "progress pics" was empty. I thought that was where we were supposed to post them.

I have only posted my starting pics in the progress section and from what I understand pictures don't show up in that section until they have been entered on seperate dates. I've just been putting them in the regular photo section.

I don't see any way to remove ourselves from the contest. Once we fill in that entry form, buy the product and post before pictures, they won't know until the last day who's still in. We don't even know all the competition, since we're not required to join the bodygroup or post in the forum.

I don't know if it's the ONLY way...
but...
access the progress pics thru the EDIT BODYSPACE...
Manage Progress Pics....
Then you can put them there for sure!
They would all be entered on the same date.... but one at a time!
Okay... you can do it DIRECTLY from the BODYSPACE page by
going down to the area that shows progress pics and clicking on the
little EDIT spot in the upper-right corner!
Either way, you DEFINATELY want them in the PROGRESS section

Late entry
All I needed some motivation this year and it seems to be it. I will be doing my start pix this weekend. Currently I am about 212 but wasn't able to start Jan 1 due to rehabing knee surgery but I am back now. I plan to reach my all time best and won't stop till the Lone Star the first weekend of June. I think I should get around 170 +/- depending and I don't plan to let anything get in the way even though I work a full time job and PT part time 2-3 hours after work.

"Before" Photo's Now Posted!
Hey everyone,
I just got my "before" photos posted on my profile page. I see a lot of people have them posted on the board too... should I post them here as well?
I am now entered into this contest as well as the Hydroxycut Max contest. Double motivation for me :-)

Today I didn't want to workout. But I did and feel better for it. Remember getting to the gym is half the battle. After lifting I hit cardio I've been running on the treadmill but today my motivation to run was near zero so I mixed it up and tried a ellipitical and had a great workout. Don't be afraid to mix it up. As long as we move forward we're no longer sliding back. Good luck!

Day 1
Had a killer day one - chest, tris, and cardio. I was amazed that I haven't lost too much strength in the three-four months I slacked off. Hope all is going well with everyone. SHED THEM POUNDS!

I have not tried that stack in particular. I am sorry if I made it sound like I tried that stack before. I have not. But I know that No-Explode has about 100 mg. of caffeine per 1 scoop. And the Gakic has about 400 mg. caffine per 8 tab. serving. If you combine the two that could just about screw you up. But as far as the stack goes I have heard some good things about it , I will try it before this contest is over. As far as quick results go you probably already know but the biggest thing is to eat clean every 2 to 3 hrs. That will keep you anabolic and that will give you the quickest results. Good luck!

awsome back workout today. This morning I did 30 min on the eliptical and then some abs. Tonight I did my rack lifts heavest yet (295 for 4), wide grip chins body weight only, close grip chins with body weight, bent over rows and then some long range rows with a rope felt good. No weights tomorrow only morning aerobics. Have a work meeting at night. Keep lifting and moving forward.
