I see your reaping the benefits.
What would you say was key to you losing all that weight. Cardio/weights or nailing the diet. ???

I would say the diet was the key, especially starting out. In the 1st month just by being strict with the diet I was able to lose a lot of weight, 35lbs+. Finding the right combo of the 3 is crucial and what worked for me might not work for you. Alot of experimentation has to go on to find the perfect fit for each person.

Congratulations, I have lost a ton in a short period of time but I'm a female and we lose fat much slower then men. I need to lose the last 30 or 40 and you have re-inspired me. Was having a bit of a difficult time since I have plateaued. Thank you I appreciate it very much.

Thanks to everyone on here and the people who have commented. Without the help and support of everyone on here, it would have been a lot more difficult. This is such a great tool for people that want to change themselves!

Nice work man, your former shape is pretty much how im built right now. I spent years of my life lifting, put on nice mass and then got married lol...and she cooks well, so im up there too but i feel im in similar boat as you were and its good inspiration.
I know for myself i got back on a major workout routine, and as for the loose skin...i think one of the simplest preventions for that is guzzling water like a fn camel, like you did and like i do as well.
I think the water keeps the skin so moist and hydrated that its bound to slowly tighten back up.
Like for me im about 350 right now, got some gut and lower back but its all tight as hell since back lifting and drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day.
But yea man, i was just browsin to check for others in the same boat and seein your post is a great thing, grats.
