Set a new PR on BB Rows today. Another great workout. I got up 200x1 with fairly strict form. People were giving me funny looks today lol. I was def. "That Guy". But that is just fine. F*** other people, I've got S*** to do.

Grocery store was clsoed when we got there and we will not be able to go untill monday.....I forgot about my last emergency jar of Natty PB tho, looks like I will be eating a spoon of it along with the olive oil every 2.5 hours over the weekend. Better then nothing. I really dont wanna tap into the ramen noodles just yey but might. At least I dont lift this weekend. What is really gonna suck is I will be out of my Whey protien I take in after my workouts this whole week. I might just take the week off and start a new period next monday. My protien amounts will be in the 120g a day range this week......SUCKS!!!

Protein is of greek origin, the prefix pro, meaning first, as in the most important, and the first thing your body goes for when starving.

A hot chick who pronounces things wrong makes it hot for some reason.

Day 5 and going strong. Workouts have been hard and tiring, as hard as I can push for as out of shape as I am. Haven't missed a beat nutritionwise either. At least it only keep getting better and better from here.

pretty good, i think next time i will do it on the flat bench, a bit awkard on the incline. definitely a different feel for the tri's, I personally think my tri's are my strongest part so i want to keep working on that. Also I am hoping doing the cgbp's will help me build on the regular bench.
thinking about going for cardio today even though i prolly should just rest.....

Do it on a flat bench with a straight bar. It will hit them better. I started doing them a while ago, my triceps are small IMO, and they have gotten bigger and stronger thanks to them, now when I design somebody a workout, it is a triceps staple.

Fred, Sorry it took me so long to get in here. Sign me up. And I've lost a total of 20 pounds since about November. (I need to update my bodyspace) The thing is, I gained the 20 before I lost it. Right now I'm at 325. I'm shooting for a total of 100 more pounds before I'm done, we'll see what happens, 09 should be an exciting year.

Great !
Always will be those dam ups and downs. Sometimes we just have to ride them out, other times we have to use positive motivation or support to help us through. That's my new project, finding things that can bring me out of a slump by my own doing because the "victim" feeling is starting to piss me off..lol.
I found it interesting how there is a woman on here in competition shape, you would think every day she would feel so good about herself but even she says "I have bad days too." That was so profound to me.
Life is a journey..

Busted ass in the gym today, didn't even feel like going but once I started to get ready and got there I was feeling good. I could barely do the leg ext and regular leg press at the end. Walking around like a damn gimp my legs were soo wasted.
I started cardio at only 3.0mph cause I honestly could hardly walk, got the legs to loosen up some and got some good adrenaline going from the music and I was up to 3.5mph by the end of the 20mins.
Hoping by the end of this week I will be at 361 and that will be 30lbs off my fatass in 9 weeks. Its so incredibly motivating to watch the scale keep going down.

Workout:
1.17 miles Tredmill
Bench press x10,x10,x5
Precher Curls 3x10
Dumbbells shoulder presses 3x10
Donkey Calf Raises 3x10
Dumbbell curls till failure
150 crunches
Busted my ass at work getting carts for over an hour and a half.
Diet
3 eggs, cheese, yogurt
Protein shake, 1 slice pizza, half a breadstick (Brothers girlfriend brought it over... this was a big accomplishment because I usually binge on this stuff and I held myself back)
Turkey sandwitch on whole grain bread, diet green tea
chicken dipped in bbq sauce, few mcdonalds fries (Turned down getting anything )
Homework, reading, and off to bed.
Hope everyone is doing good, I'm afraid to say I don't think my weight is going to be as good as it could've because of a very bad weekend, I think being off my routine with school messed up my diet some and I was in a few bad situations I put myself in (Smoking weed....) and that didn't help. I'm trying to improve as a whole and as a person, and I think I'm done experimenting with weed as well.
Push on everyone!

I did this today
30 minutes of walking, then 30 situps, then 30 more minutes of walking( with the last 15 minutes holding my 45 pound son ) followed by 30 more situps.
I feel pretty good despite only eating about 5 tbs peanut butter so far today.
I hope to wake up early enough to get my Back workout in, in the morning. I am talking bieng in the gym by 8am. I normally dont wake up till 9am.

363.2 going out----->Woot!!!

Jeeez that's progress..good for you ! No kidding it's motivating....tell me your secrets

Don't worry about the weight right now, you have made great strides from where you were before mentally and that's a big accomplishment. I think everyone agrees. Remind yourself of where you were before.
Every week try to make one more day great and one less messed up. No weed ! Gawd I'd be like 900 lbs from munching alone. It will become just one more thing to get over and getting into shape (and healthy) is hard enough.

Hey Cam, I got a question for ya okay. Let's say you are sleeping, and you wake up and you smell smoke and see fire, what is one of the first things you do besides try to get out?

I'm not Cam, but does the answer have something to do with barbell training? Thats usually the answer to anything.
Fred, I got 120 on military press. Took a while to lock it out tho, lol. This weeks goals: Bench 185, Row 210, Military Press 125. Did some Ham work today. Light SLDLs, stretched em out. IDK if I should be training legs yet, BUT I am sooooooooooo tempted to drop arm day tomorrow and do squats. Miss squats like I haven't done em in years.

No...lol
I will tell you now, DO NOT DO LEG TRAINING YET. Never mess with your knees, let em heal and get a green light from your doctor before you train them.
You might miss em, but you might miss em evem more if you get back into it prematurely.
The answer to the question is you get on the floor so you dont inhale the smoke. So why in the hell would you intentionally light something on fire and inhale it. That is why I have never smoked anything in my life. Never made sense. I used to work with a bunch of smokers, one night after work, I was b*ll****ting with the ladies and busted out that question, one answered it right, I said what I just typed and the dumbfounded look on all their faces was priceless, they all felt like sh*t....lol But I proved a point. @ of them quit.

Had a couple setbacks this weekend yesterday but it's Monday morning and I have my focus and determination so back so I'll be fine today and the rest of the week. Like many of us, the weekends always seem to be the toughest time for me to make it through unscathed. It's always been this way for me since I first embarked on losing weight three years ago. Must be because I have too much free time sitting around doing nothing.

Ugh, I hate the weekends in that sense, always tend to mess me up. Just gotta keep pushing and keep your mindset and determination in the weekend as well.
