Hey monicawannabe, try taking the Hydroxicut AFTER you have your oatmeal. I took mine today after breakfast instead of before, and it made all the difference in the world! No nausea!

Makes since, really, since I know I can't even take a vitamin on an empty stomach without getting queasy. You lose the benefit of that energy punch before your workout, but I'd rather give that up than be sick. Yuch!!

I may give that a try on Monday. I'm not due to have oatmeal again until then. Great Idea..........

How has everyone been feeling with the Hydroxycut??

Thanks for the support and keep up your great work!!
Hi MegSchopp,

I got your question regarding the entry deadline.

The deadline to begin the transformation contest and submit your initial entry is 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2008, but the deadline to submit your After photos and essay is actually 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2009.

There are two different deadlines because your transformation has to take place over a minimum 8-week period.

So you still have just over a month to purchase Hydroxycut Max!, submit your entry and get into the competition, but you have to complete your transformation before the end of April.

I hope you?re up for it!

Good luck,
The Hydroxycut Max! Rep

The first time I had to take 3 pills in one dose, I got super queasy - but since then I've mellowed out a bit.

I find that if I take 3 in the AM and 3 before my workout in the afternoon, I'm way too wired to sleep at night. I had to deal with two nights with 2 hours of sleep before I figured that one out. :P

Now I take 3 in the morning, and 2 before my workout - I can sleep a bit better now. I do drink 1 cup of tea and 1/2 - 1 cup of coffee a day as well with no nausea.

Smile Have a great weekend!

Great job everyone keep up the good work!

As for side effects the only thing I've noticed is that I don't crave coffee anymore . . . its really strange because I had a bigtime habit.

PS - I microwave frozen strawberries and mix it w/ my oatmeal.

Love it

I have no bad side effects at all on Hydroxycut Max. I am really loving it. It gives me great energy and is a good appetite suppressant. There is no crash at all either which is awesome! Packing for UMASS all day tomorrow no fun but I am hoping the energy Hydroxycut gives me will help me go faster

I think the prize for this hydroxicut max for women contest is only 5k. but, if its 100k thats awesome. I think Hydroxycut is sponsoring a contest with GNC that the prizes are 100k for a woman and 100k for a man plus other prizes.

Can anyone confirm??

thankyou

Angry Hey Ladies! HELP ME!

I havent written in awhile...Ive been so busy! Well everything is going great..im kinda upset, with my bootcamp we weight in every friday and every friday I get more and more depressed. I haven dropped a pound! Im up to the max dosage and Im not really sure why I havent seen the results I want!

Im taking the dosage after bootcamp because the few times ive taking it I throw it up, so I decieded on taking it when I do my running after bootcamp...I feel like im eating good, I eat lots of fruit, its hard to eat at time with my jobs but I try and make it work always snackin on nuts or something. Im getting the amount of calories I should be taking in...so im confused because I havent seen anything, does anyone have any suggestions.

Also when I have been taking my dosage I feel no different, Ive taking hydroxycut before in the past and I felt the energy, I sill feel a little energy but just not as much...Is anyone having this problem, I was just thinking my body was used to it..

Hey Kjolyn!! Hope your doing better since your post, but my thoughts on it would be just make sure your eating every two to three hours... small meals. Drink plenty of water and lots of FIBER helps. Its a great way to clean out your system of unused substance.
Also, don't forget the scale does not always tell it all! You could be still losing fat, but also gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may be making great progress but the scales numbers are fooling you. Are you looking better? Feeling better? Good Luck!!

Hello Kjolyn!!! I do agree with Terrahp89, as I have lost some weight, then gained weight, but yet this last week, I could put on shirts, I have not beable to wear in months. So I have given up on the scale for a while. I know I am gaining muscle, and the fact my clothes are fitting different means so much more. And if you are not already maybe you should be taking measurements, that could help you alot. It does me... But good of luck ....

The tape measure says a whole lot more than the scale! I've lost 11/2 inches from my waist and 6% bf, but the scale hasn't changed! I now have to wear a belt with every pair of pants I own, and I have to keep tightening my belt! So forget the scale ( it lies) and hello tape measure! Best of luck to all of you ladies!

I'm In!

I just signed up for this contest. I have my before pics posted on my profile. I am happy to see that there are some women in this contest that are in their late 30's, early 40's... because I am feeling REALLY old right now! :-)

I also entered the MT Contest, but it seems like a lot more men signed up for that and not too many women. But I need all the motivation I can get!

I started working out again yesterday after a week off as I had a bad migraine and then got sick after that! We hired a personal trainer and she
has us working out 6 days a week and me doing cardio for 45 min on top of that. So that is about 2 hours a day for me. I felt soooo drained and depleted after my workout yesterday. I did drink a protien drink with a frozen banana and coconut milk (electrolytes) and still felt drained for about 2 hours after my workout. Then last night I was so exhausted I couldn't even fall asleep. Anyone have any tips on any supplements or something I could take
to not feel so drained? Today I am trying to split my workout and do cardio
in the morning and weights in the evening and see if that helps with my energy level. I feel somewhat drained after my cardio session though and I ate before I went to the gym!

Not sure if there is a supplement to help, but are you eating enough? With that amount of workouts, you may need to up your caloric intake. Or perhaps take in more carbs. Is your trainer watching your nutrition as well?

I need to use fitday.com or something like that to see if I am getting enough calories. I did send her a few days worth of what I was eating but that was before I started working out way more than what I was!

Are you taking a good multi-vitamin? I find when I am feeling run down it helps to take B Complex. It really helps me with my energy. The other things that seem to help me are 7 Keto and 5 HTP. You might want to look into those. I have a hard time taking stimulants so this contest will be interesting for me. I am hoping that I don't have any (or at least too many) side effects.

Also, are you getting enough calories? Or are you on a low carb eating plan? A lot of times low carb eating plans can make you feel very low on energy. I use them every once in a while to kick start metabolism and I can't stay on them too long (usually a week or two max). I am always jealous of people that don't have a problem with low carb eating! :-)

I just started taking a multi vitamin and also fish oil capsules along with the hydroxycut and a protein powder. I am not on a low carb eating plan. I balance out my carbs and my protein along with adding veggies and fruit.

Smile Eating and Hydroxycut

I have always had the best experience eating something and taking the Hydroxycut right before I workout. I currently am taking 3 Hydroxycut before a workout and find, if I do not eat anything I am a little jittery before I start. I also try to take the Hydroxycut about 30 to 40 minutes before the workout, so it will take effect.

Talking The monster scale

Hello Ladies,

Yes, please get rid of that scale or hide it. It is the monster of all women that tells lies!! As you workout you gain muscle...that scale will only show muscle as weight gain, as the same if you had too much sodium during the day, which is water weight. So, if at all possible throw that monster out of your site. Use how your clothes fit or a tape measure as your guide for loosing weight. My husband, bless his heart helped me with this and now I don't have disappointed moments with that darn scale. You all can do it and I know you can work to a better you. We are in this together!, you GO GIRLS!!!

And if you are not already maybe you should be taking measurements, that could help you alot. It does me... But good of luck ....

PS - I microwave frozen strawberries and mix it w/ my oatmeal.
I have a Diet Mountain Dew habit, lol.. Never got into coffee. Hows the diet coming along?

I would think it's more of a hydration problem, especially all the caffeine you are taking in with those pills and the amount of cardio you are doing. I think you can google a water intake guide and stick to it. I usually drink at least one gallon a day and that's minimum, but I also weigh 215.

Just remember, you can eat all the good food and supplements in the world but if you don't have the water in your body to circulate it then it's worthless.
