The big walley in Lake Erie are few and far between anymore. The gill nets in Canada by commercial fishermen took their toll on em. But they are indeed tasty.

What kind of fat burner did you get? What's it got in it?
My guess is either caffeine/ephedrine/synephrine, you sound phuckin' wired man.

Ridiculous volume on chest and still with nice sets at 205. I think you are just at the "I feel and look small point" since you are not at the "vascular ripped and looking huge popping point." That appears to be the worst mental position for you guys who compete and a phenomenon I have seen several times while following journals, once you are past this point physically I think your mental game will really start to increase.

You can learn a lot from many of the "older" pros. BUT a lot of those techniques they did have been modified or for a better term updated.
Lets just say they didn't have Hammer Strength machines and diets have been
changed considerably over the years.
Most anything is better on the grill. IMO

Xtreme Lean by Nature's Bounty
It is pretty much a Ripped Fuel Extreme. The only difference is that it is in a different bottle AND costs HALF the price.

Thanks man!! That really makes sense.
Although I don't feel "small". I am VERY happy with my size.
But the vascularity and ripped point I am a little disappointed with that aspect though.
As you said I will get there.

Second baby step yesterday. I put in my vacation request the friday's
prior to each show. Big boy step to follow soon, sending in the entry form for the shows.
Plan of attack this week Mon. - Thur.
04:45 Fat Burners, BCAA's and 40 minutes fasted cardio.
Shower get dressed
05:45 1 1/2 cans of tuna
08:45 chicken breast
10:30 fat burners
11:45 Chicken breast
14:30 1 of these http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/de...eanmuscle.html
16:20 Workout
Post workout CellMass Many of you know my take on most supplements. I don't buy into many of them. I Really believe in this stuff for recovery though.
Reason being...
As I am getting leaner I am keeping much muscle mass (more than previous times of leaning out). The only thing that I really changed from the past while leaning out is adding this to my supplements.
19:00 6 eggs (two whole 4 whites with some mushrooms)
21:00 Cottage cheese
21:30 bed
.

I have taken some in the past and saw absolutely no difference in vascularity.
The body manufactures its own arginine. Many common foods, such as chocolate, dairy products, meat, oats, peanuts, contain large amounts of arginine.
**Beware as I have researched**
When adding too much extra arginine for long periods of time it may result in thickening and coarsening of the skin and/ or nitrogen imbalance in the body. When and IF this does happen it can be very hard to get the body back to normal.

My goal is to get my waist down. Bottom line. Supplementation of EFA's.
This is not long term. It is just the Monday thru Thursday.

By all means.
Oh, okay. What are it's advantages for a cutting bodybuilder; I know about the health advantages.

Hmm; Nitrogen imbalance. Since protein provides Nitrogen for the body to manufacture aminos with, that could be a potentially really bad thing.

Flaxseed oil is rich in EFA's, essential fatty acids. More specifically it contains the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. This is the technical meaning of healthy fat. Your body needs these fats to function properly, yet it doesn't produce it on it's own. This makes EFA's an important part of your diet. Other sources of these fats are fish and nuts. Most of the fat in my diet comes from a combination of nuts and flax seed oil.
The hard part about getting all of your good fat from nuts or fish is that nuts contain extra calories from carbs and protein, and it's not very convenient to prepare and eat a fish like salmon everyday plus I can get sick of eating it all the time. Flax seed oil on the other hand is as quick and simple as can be, and contains for the most part, just fat. So... it has less calories than nuts.
Some of the benefits includes:
- Helps lower cholesterol
- Helps lower blood pressure
- Protects against heart disease
- Promotes healthy skin
-and more as I'm sure you already know

I feel that I get enough from what I eat. I may take some here and there.
Especially while on a calorie deficit I am much more susceptable to lower incraments due to my lower body fat and total body weight.
Yes, it would be a very bad thing if the body gets off track like that.
Then again once you really get into it the body needs more Ornithine as well to make the arginine to work properly, especially when substatuting more arginine in the diet.
Also I forgot to tell Tiffy yesterday Flaxseed contains soluble and insoluble fiber.

all rigth, personally, i don't use it, i always avoid certains suplemenst due to a hypersensitive heart(a medic term invented by me), i don't consume things that have caffeine or chocolate, those things gave me palpitations. a natural aproach is better. actually a lot of proteins have arginine, taking more i don't thing is good luck.

Very interesting!!! When do you plan to start carbing up? Are you going to keep your carbs clean till the end? How much water do you take in the last week? How many questions can I ask before you get pissed at me? Seriously, this is where it gets interesting.. I know you have a plan of attack. Stay with it and don't second guess yourself too much. You can do it!!!!

Actually I will carb up on Friday. I will eat a couple potatoes or rice with each of my 6 meals that day. Then go back to the low carb and cycle it again.

I can barely get one gallon a day. I hate going to the bathroom every 15 to 20 minutes. Right now i drink about a half gallon a day.
Week of the show Saturday, Sunday, Monday and tuesday will be a gallon a day adding sodium to all meals. Wed. will be a half gallon cut sodium out.
Thursday cut water around noon. After noon Thursday and Friday sips of water with meals only. Wed. night eat some Tostito pizza before bed. Thursday morning to 3pm regular low carb meals. 3pm to showtime carb loading with potatoes and rice. Snickers bar and niacin about 15 minutes before stage
time. Only if I go on stage when they say that time is. As you know it never happens when they say it's gonna happen.
That's the plan of attack so far. I am going to do a trial run soon.

Looks like a good training session; you're still moving a good amount of iron, even with upper body work. Machine presses look strong.
Interesting prep details, Carl. I'm such a noob at this, it's ridiculous! I appreciate your sharing the details; it helps me figure out the what/why/when of the whole thing.

OK NP, just let me know so I am not doing back to back bodyparts. I can adjust my split pretty easily.

*chuckle* I've yet to get the niacin timing to match the backstage disorganization

the spun sugar provides a timed spike that enhances vascularity (which in turn offers a better pump)
