Results in what...strength/ size/ endurance? How does it taste...compared to what.....what is the price......did you order it from here? How strong were you before....if you see big differences, then how strong WERE you before taking it. Please advise. From the label and pic...it looks like a NO supplement.
Help.

This product is very comparable to no-xplode because its a preworkout mix thats supposed to help with energy, mental focus, pumps and intensity. I've heard good things about it from one of my co-workers. Im planning on getting some soon.

Pump Fuel
I have not used the Pump Fuel yet, but those I know who have, said this..."it's taste is not as great as X-Plode if you try it go with the Orange Pinnapple (lesser of two evils). The blend of creatine and NO is richer. You only have to take one scoop as apposed to X-Plode you have to take almost 3 scoops after time, so basically it costs more but you get more servings out of each container."
- The thing that has me hesitant on trying it is that there is no recommended cycling process. X-Plode recommends that you cycle off for 3-4 weeks after taking it for 3 months. I assume it is to keep your body from adapting and becoming dependent on it. This makes me think that there hasn't been as lengthy of testing or tracking of this supplement.
Personally I don't have a problem with X-Plode I have used it for 4 months now and after lifting 5 days a week I went from 16% Body fat to 11%. I couldn't tell you strength increase right now because I was in the toning phase but it was hard to keep the weight down at a point to were the last reps were some what challenging. But I have recently started my bulk phase (last two weeks) and I can already see an increase in bench and flys.

yeah, last week i bought the orange pinapple. To me, they should've labeled it as Pinnaple Cocoanut. that's what it tastes like to me. I've only used it a couple times. I too was wondering about the cycling and all that. I've been off creatine for two weeks... so this week i've been doing a creatine loading phase using regular creatine monohydrate during the day, and pump fuel before workouts.
I'll post more once i use it longer.

I've used this product as well and it really is the ****.
It gives me the energy needed to put out as many reps and sets as possible.
I've seen and felt a difference in my workout with this product compared to others that I've tried.
I've tried the BSN NO-Explode, and I've seen more and better results from PMD Pump Fuel then I did with NO-Explode.
I would recommend this product to anyone!!!

Pump Fuel
Pump fuel gives me tons of energy and it seems to help with endurance a little. The only thing that I have found is that if add some cardio into my workout, after weights while taking Pump Fuel, I get dizzy and lightheaded while running. The taste kind of grows on you after awhile. I am not sure that you ever truly "Like" the taste but it becomes bearable. I would recommend this product if you need extra energy in the qym. Just make sure you wait about 30 minutes after taking it to hit the gym to give it some time to start rocking your world.
Take care
Jason

I love the protein that this company makes. Sadly though they do not sell to e-tailers (not that I am aware of). None of the GNC around me carry that brand. I used to live @ Fort Riley but now back in Ohio none of them carry.

I was given a sample of the new flavor of Pump Fuel, raspberry lemonade, about a week ago. Awesome taste, and the NO/kre-alkalyn formula works much better than I expected......200mg caffeine per scoop too!

Pump Fuel Patinum
I just bought the Pump Fuel Platinum it is a pre work out suppliment. I like it better than NO explode. It taste great like cool aid. So far i have had good motivation in the gym and gives me an extra kick that NO explode dosent. I suggest you try it. About $70.00 at GNC.

I bought pump fuel platinum yesterday and tried it. I previously just used a kre-alkalyn product and it worked well for me. I noticed for the first use i had a ton of energy and was able to go from lift to lift without a problem. The endurance it gave for the first day was good. I did a half hour of cardio afterwards and i got lightheaded, i dont know if it was from the pump fuel or not. I will continue to use and will post my results after iam done with the tub.

When i bought the product i asked my GNC retailer who uses it what kind of cycle he did with it. He said he goes 12 weeks on pump fuel and than cycles to a test booster. To me it was obvious something was working for him since he double my size and was cut.

I just started using the raspberry lemonade pump fuel a few days ago. Doesn't taste too bad and so far the only thing i've noticed is it makes me have to crap a couple extra times a day.
I've never used a pre-workout supplement before, and am only worried that it might cause me to gain too much weight or take away some of the definition in my chest/abs (I've heard stuff about "creatin-bloat" or something, but supposedly this is a new form of it that won't cause it as bad...?)
So anyone else know about this? Should I worry about it or no? My workout routine is Chest, shoulders, triceps for Day 1. Then Day 2 is biceps, legs and back. Then I take Day 3 off or I do a cardio workout. Then I repeat (I do abs every workout day too). Also, I'm not trying to lose weight, just add definition and muscle.
So should I continue to use the pump fuel? Any advice would be great!

Cuz in order to be able to use this product it is mandatory to have less than 25 posts on bb.com forums. Its a warning on the label.

NDS Pump Fuel
I think its a pretty good product. I've been on N.O. Explode for about 3 months now but when I walked into GNC today they gave me a sample of the NDS Pump Fuel raspberry/lemonade flavor. I have never heard of this product until today and I must say it has an excellent taste to it. It dissolved very easy and didn't have a lot of excess foam after mixing. I went ahead and purchased it ($44.99) because I wanted to try something different. I worked chest today and I achieved a huge pump while working out. I'll keep you guys updated on my results by the time I get to the end of the jug.

With the Kre-Alkyln type of creatine, it is not necessary to cycle because it is PH balanced

I currently use it and have been using it for about a month now. It says to use it on off days as well however I choose to only use it on the days that I work out. I have to say on the first day I tried it I definitely noticed a difference in energy. I was lifting 20 lbs. more on every pushing exercise e.g. bench, skull crushers etc. I don't know if it was an increase in strength necessarily. It could have been the added energy or maybe I just felt stronger because of a placebo effect. I don't know but I like pumping more weight so I will personally continue using it.

Pump fuel rocks
I've tried Pump Fuel, No-xplode and Jack3d. I get a good pump with all 3. However, with Pump Fuel there is no need to purchase creatine. The creatine in it makes my muscles bulk up in a few days. I like the way Pump Fuel make me look during and after workouts. The energy is the same in all 3 products.

I have used it for almost a year now and I love it. I mix it with fruit punch crystal light and it tastes awesome. I add a half scoop more now and its unbelievable. It is very expensive, but worth it IMO.
