Something weird is going on????
OK so Ive been an athlete all my life, Im 24 5'10 and about 180. At the gym you would look at me and be like gees she is in shape, I mean I can run 6 miles, I eat a clean diet, and I am in the gym 6 days a week. Heres my problem, I still have a gut....? What the hell right? I mean my legs are cut my arms are defined I am in great shape and I still have a gut. I dont get it. How do I get rid of it? I have done all kinds of fat loss nutrition, and I still do about 30 minutes of HIT cardio 4 times a week while the rest of my body looks amazing I still giggle in the middle. Do I have a medical issue? Can someone please shed some light. It would make me feel alot better. Thank you.....
