I take 30mg of Ephedrine, 1 12oz Redbull and it works great, I never tried the aspirin. What does it add?

I used to be a big runner and I have used both of these with much success. I love GU because it tastes pretty good and its small to carry with you on runs but to use as an energy supplement it is not good because if you use it everyday your body quickly gets used to it and you will not get the same energy boosts as you did when you first start using it. I believe on there website they talk about only using GU on race days because of this.

As for Accelerade, I thought it was ok I think there are alot better energy drinks out there that are much more effective like Redline.

Just take 400mg of caffiene and you'll be good to go.

If you are going to add the aspirin, use the baby aspirin. You can buy it at any drug store. They are only 81 mg per tablet. The benefit is that aspirin thins your blood. The ephedra speeds up your heartbeat and caffeine gives you energy. This stack works very well but should be cycled as it can be addictive as well as dangerous because people continue to increase dosages hoping for better results.

My favourite NO pre-workout is probaly Black Powder, extremely powerful/potent. Unreal energy surge, first time I used it, I tossed an extra 10 plate on eachside of my flat BB bench. As far as strictly energy without the NO, Endo-rush by BNS, makes you feel like your there for one purpose and one purpose only, to slam plates, awesome mental focus!

That's how I started using wf, gm, and pw. I saw some good reviews in the NO section, I got the free samples from bb.com and compared them to several NO products. For me, it was a no-brainer. wf, gm, and pw gave me great energy, good pumps, and quick recovery without putting me in the poorhouse.

Why would they get rid of the NO section??????? It makes no sense.
