get on the stationary bike. i do that when my knees or feet hurt from running and you can get the intensity up without putting so much stress on your feet

Great to See
I think it's great to see everyone trying to better themselves. Whether it's for the money or just to get in shape, it will end in the same spot. This is my first contest of any sort so I'm excited to see what happens. When you get a chance, can you take a look at my pics to make sure that they are taken correctly? I'd hate to get in the middle and find out that I missed something

Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Yeah, Ronnie The last day to enter is Feb 12th, You have to purchase MT product from BB.com before feb 12th too, and take the before pictures 8 poses with National Newspaper before Feb 12th. Oh, and get your bodyspace (youve had that for a while) before Feb 12th. (be a us resident, not living in VT or AZ.)
That gives you 12 weeks before the contest is over. to make your transformation. Its over on May 7th. Complete Your Entry: Visit the Website and submit your Essay and After Pictures. Entries must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 7, 2009.
Here are the official rules http://www.bodybuilding.com/09muscle...00_contest.htm
Best wishes, and welcome to the contest

I'm In!
I just signed up... this is just what I need to get motivated and get my butt in gear!
A quick question though... Are there any supplements that I could order from MT that are geared towards women and don't have stimulants in them? I tend to be very sensitive to stimulants and have tried taking Hydroxycut Hardcore before but ended up with the jitters, headaches, and an upset tummy. (I know, my system is wimpy! :-)).
I will try to get my before pictures taken this weekend and posted.

I'm really excited about this. I needed a little extra motivation to go the extra mile and all the excitement around this competition has done it for me. I need to get my other poses downloaded.
Watch out I'm here to win this baby!

Yo, Big Al, you recognize that quote? Or rather the source of that quote?

I'm on a four shakes per day diet (and one real meal). Also have a cheat DAY each week.[/QUOTE]
You can burn more fat by eating whole foods. It has a higher thermogenics. Plus don't you think four days will make you a little constipated? It's about time you start suffering right along with the rest of us. Be strong.

No Canadians allowed
Well I'm still going to do the dam thing and make them wish they allowed Canadians in the contest. I even rented Rocky 4 and Pump It by Arnold. lol. I just dont have the same motivation (prize) as you do. But good luck to all, and if you want something to push you harder, just go get a Flex mag. Last winner is on there.
