Hoping Mitotropin makes Mom Leaner Log
Started taking Mitotropin today. I have been doing CHA 1600 but want to try and add some good complex carbs b/c of my running 3 times a week. I teach water aerobics and stay at home with my 1 year old. I have two older kids in school.
My workouts are as follows:
Sun: Rest
Mon: Teach water aerobics, lift weights in gym, cardio (treadmill, treadclimber)
Tue: run/weights or sometimes power yoga/treadmill
Wed: weights/treadclimber
Thu: run/weights
Fri: run/weights
Sat: run
Diet: CHA 1600 but need to add carbs with my increased running. Have been doing 6 miles or so on days that I run and with the low carb nature of CHA, I've noticed less energy during my runs.
I took my 1st 3 caps this AM around 7:45. I felt a warm feeling in my stomach and felt hyper/stimulated so I didn't have my coffee. Then 30 minutes later I felt like I had to eat or I was going to be sick.
Had a good workout. Got to work 1 hour with a pt, which was lots of fun and sweat. Then I did 40 minutes on the treadclimber.
Took the next 3 caps @ 3 PM... I felt normal and had good energy for the afternoon.
