Why do I wanna try Abyss: sleep is the only aspect of my training/supplementation that I lack in. i have a hard time sleeping 8 consecutive hours; i wake up several times throughout the night.
Have I ever used sleep-aids: prescription-NO. i've dabbled w/organic tea's, l-theanine and whey powder w/ZMA. i've had little to no luck with these. recently though, i purchased a sample of bulletproof from muscle pharm=AMAZING!!

2. Why do you want to try Nimbus Abyss? For years, I've had a lot of trouble sleeping, resulting in unsightly bags under my eyes. If that were not enough, I am a college student with 8 a.m. (the earliest offered) classes every day of the week. Unfortunately, my roommate, like most of the people in my building, does not go to bed early and often wakes me up during the course of the night. This only happens though, when I manage to fall asleep at a decent hour, which is not easy due to the noise in the building. Ironically, the only time I can seem to sleep is during class.

Yes, some over the counter aids such as Unisom. Ive also been prescribed Ambien which worked at first however I quickly grew tolerant to it so I stopped taking them about a year ago.

im always looking to get the most from my sleep that i can, and fall asleep quickly so that i can get plenty of hours in. i figure my body gets beat up every day in the gym and my brain gets drained from school and work, so i want to give them both the best sleep possible to recover for the next day.

i have used gaba, melatonin, valerian root, zma, diphenhydramine hcl, and doxylamine succinate. currently i use zma every night and on most nights use 25 mg generic doxylamine succinate, though i would give those both up for the five days of the review.

Don't get very good sleep. Always struggle to fall asleep, then struggle to stay asleep and never really wake up totally refreshed. If this could help that, then it would be a great help.

Previous sleep aids? Too many to remember. All the basic OTC stuff at pharmacys and several prescriptions. The most effective ones were the addictive variety. Trying to stay away from things of that nature.
