LOL! That might help. I am considering some kettlebells at some point. Pretty happy with my overall development the chest just seems to lag.
Thanks!

Chest is tough - I am not sure any of us are ever truly happy with certain of our bodyparts - for me, I have naturally large legs so, regardless of whether I train them once aweek, once a month, or once a year - they will be big and cut - however, my back is my sticking point - I can never seem to get those "lat wings" - so, I devote extra time to back and concentrate on each individual rep as I perform the exercise - it is not the amount of weight that you use, but the ability to recruit those deep down muscle fibers - so, when you train chest, really squeeze each rep, as if you were flexing at the top of each movement- hold it, then do the negative portion of the rep slowly - just my $.02

Thanks! Thanks I will definitely remember that for my next chest workout! Yesterday was chest day and I did chest press using my stability ball. Felt pretty good, but had not ever used the technique you have described! This was the kind of help I was seeking. Your input is much appreciated!

Looking at competing later this year. This pic is me down to 18.5% BF trying to get to 15% so that I can see what I need to concentrate on. Any pointers.

I think attachments don't work, but you can post the pics up somewhere (e.g. bodyspace) and then use the link and write
[ img ] link [ /img ]
without the spaces.

Mark, I think you have great development, a real nice v! I could never give a guy advise on how to grow bigger, but I wanted to point out that, although it may be just the way you're standing for this pic, your spine is slightly curving. If you are right side dominant in lifting, you may want to use free weights or machines (if you use them) that require both sides of your body to lift independently. The only reason I felt compelled to say this is, I am correcting for doing that with chiropractic and independent lifting. Hope you don't mind, I think it's better to say something that may prevent a potential problem.

Just came through to say thanks! I took your advice concerning working the chest. Additionally, since I don't have access to a lot of equipment, I added more push-ups of differing types and grips. I have begun to see a qualitative difference in my chest! Gradually regaining control of the diet as well.
Thanks again sir!
The Back is coming along now as well!

In order to post your pics, use this format:
[img]value[/img]
If you are posting pics from your BodySpace page click on the photo. If your photos display in two sizes click on the size you would like to use. Once you have decided which photo you wish to use, right click on the photo and select "properties." The photo url should be displayed. Highlight and copy the URL and paste it into your post. Use the [img] [/img] tag in the following format:
[img] PHOTO URL [/img]
I have found it easier to have the forum page open AND opening my BodySpace photos' page in another tab or window depending on which browser you use. That way you can easily copy and paste the urls into the forum.
I hope this helps.
