I am so excited about this too ! :)
When is the deadline? I entered and haven't received my Hydroxycut yet but am REALLY excited to give this a try. I have been stuck around 150 lbs now and love the challenge of actually entering a contest to make me that much more focused.
How has everyone been feeling with the Hydroxycut??
Thanks for the support and keep up your great work!!

[QUOTE= Hello,
I was excited to see such a contest, but was slightly disappointed it was only geared to US residents. After reviewing the info on the website I noticed you can obtain a copy of the winners by contacting a Canadian address.
I'm not understanding this whole thing? And why can't Canada have the same type of contest?.
I've used many fat burners and have been unsuccessful, therefore I would have like to see if this one was any different and have something to thrive for on top of it.
oh well, better luck next time I suppose.
...[/QUOTE]
Hi Ginette!
Glad to hear that you are excited by such a contest.
The reason that the contest is open to U.S. residents only is mainly due to variations in contest laws that vary from country to country. Continue to look out for future contests though, as we may run one that would allow the participation of both U.S. and Canadian residents.
And please don't let this keep you from getting into the best shape possible now, or from using Hydroxycut Max! in the future.
Regards,
The Hydroxycut Max! Rep

Hi Blurosemarie,
Thanks for posting your question!
The Paradise Post is a daily newspaper and it qualifies. Please remember that you must make sure that the date is visible in your picture and to take a close-up shot of the paper itself.
Thanks again and good luck in the contest!

Hydroxycut Max! Rep,
Thank you for answering all of our questions during this contest. You are doing an excellent job, because there sure are a lot! of questions and I bet keeping track of them can be very time consuming.
Thank you again :-)

Negative Side Effects

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing that!
On only day 3 of my 1 pill 2xday I was extremely nauseaus, and this morning I went up to the 2 pills per dose, and within 30 minutes I had vomited it up along with the bottle of water I took it with.
The label on the bottle does indicate that the product may cause headache and nausea, and recommends the dosage increments to guage individual tolerance.
Apparently some of us are more sensitive to the ingredients than others.
I plan to cut back to 1 pill per dose and see how that goes. Must be powerful stuff.
On a positive note, if my body says it only wants one pill at a time, my bottle will last longer !!

I'm having the same issue. I thought it was because I wasn't use to getting up at 4:30 eating and working out etc....... I haven't thrown up but I tell you the first day I wasn't able to get down my post workout meal.....Second day I managed to get down half the food......... I'm only taking 1 cap twice a day.......

Hydroxycut Max! Symptoms
When I first started with Hydroxycut Max! I started with one pill a day for about two days and then went to two. I only felt slightly uneasy, but more on the side of restless, hyper, and slightly scatter brained. It was very entertaining. Drinking lots of water helped me, this may not help others though. Everybody is different, more sensitive to stimulants and such. But for those who are just starting it helps to stick to what the bottle says and slowly dose. That helped me and now I feel super good! It's an amazing feeling! By the way how is everyone doing so far??

Glad to see I'm not the only one with the nausea issues. I actually decided to get off it for a few days because it was really messing with me. Getting my diet back in check and will be resuming the Hcut on Monday.

No side effects here...I can take it and a cup of cofee on top of that and feel fine...no fat loss though, so I'd like THAT side effect to start sometime soon!

Side effects
Suggestions for the nausea & vomiting... try eating a little something when you take them. Like maybe a little applesauce & make sure you down at least 8 ozs of water with the pills. However, some react more strongly than others. I've tried several other & just couldn't do it.
The only real thing that I've noticed is I'm thirsty all the time & if I don't drink enough water then I might get a headache, esp. if I feed my coffee habit.

Not sure what the weather is like..
In Oklahoma, hot today, but gonna get cold
over the weekend.
The gallon jugs of water.. drinking water..
great to drink throughout the day. I'd aim
for 1/2 gallon - 1 gallon of water a day.
Hydroxycut Max.. I've been a bit nauseated.
I thought it might be due to the acid build up
from my workouts..
I think my progress is coming.. pics tomorrow.

3rd week done
"OCEANBlue149' You look awesome! Keep up the hard work.
As for me... my waist went down 2 inches. My thighs
gained a 1/2 of an inch. The weight on the scale is
still the same.. and my bodyfat hasn't changed.
I'll make slight changes in week 4.. no fat at night.
Not salting my food. Using the treadmill or bike
after my workout. Being a hardgainer, its kinda
nice to hold onto my weight for a couple of weeks..lol.
But now its time go take it off..lol. Pics tonight.
As for the oatmeal in the shake. That can be kinda gross
and hard to swallow. On bodybuilding.com there is a
thing called 'Muscle Oats' .. its oatmeal thats been ground
up.. easier to stir and digest. Hope this helps.
Keep up the hard work ladies and keep
drinkin' water.

What is it about the oatmeal that makes it hard to get down? The texture, the taste, or just the fact that it is food after an appetite suppressant? I'm struggling a little with the no appetite thing as I am trying to keep my diet around 2200 - 2400 calories to build muscle. I just make myself eat whether I feel like it or not.

Well I gues I need to clarify. I take my Hydroxy cut after drinking a protein shake, I don't put the oatmeal in the shake.
I just feel so sick to my stomach, the consitancy i guess?????? I can barely get the eggs down as well. But i do manage them. Dry oatmeal ??? what would I do with it to be albe to eat it dry? Cinnamon and sweetner? Bake it to make it crunchy like granola?
I'm wondering if it's just too soon for me to be eating after my workout? But my schedule is eat at 6:30. Trainer says so...........LOL

Not sure what macros you are looking to get, but I make granola and add it to my yogurt. Just takes some olive oil and honey mixed in with coconut. 1/4 cup of it has 154 calories, 6 g fat, 23 g carbs, and 3 g protein. I don't have the recipe with me, but if you are interested, PM me and I will send it to you from home.
Are you taking the 3 pills twice a day? That was making me extremely nauseous, so I cut it back to 2 pills twice a day and the nausea is gone.
Edit - I have a protein shake at 4:30 am and eggs and oatmeal at 6:30 (workout goes until 6). Some days it is hard to get food down that close to working out, but the body really needs the nutrition to recover.
