Just under 16 weeks till the Natural Buckeye Classic! All natural competitors competing in this spring should consider adding this one on April 25 in Columbus, OH.

Overall trophies are going to be HUGE Niels Andersen trophies given away at the USA's and Nationals!!! Email me at rich@richbodyfit.com for entry forms.

Tanning will be provided by www.LiquidSunRayz.com! They do an excellent job and I am excited to have them be a part of our event.

No teens this year. The novice division does not allow crossovers and should be a good fit for teens.

In order to get REALLY cool trophies, I had to limit the number of classes. Big 27" Niels Andersen trophies to the overall champs!!!

Good luck with promoting your first INBF show. I promote Washington States only INBF pro-qualifing show. This is going on my 4th year and the growth has been incredible. Any way I can help with things that have worked for us just ask.

April 25 will be rolling up fast and everything is falling into place for an amazing Natural Buckeye Classic event! Interest from competitors continues to grow. We have many first-timers competing and some amazing physiques set to hit the stage as well. Just a few updates on the event:

SEND IN ENTRY FORMS ASAP

If you need one, please email me at rich@richbodyfit.com. Polygraphs will be scheduled in order of receiving your entry forms. They must be postmarked by April 11 or you are subject to an additional $15 late fee.

GUEST POSER: YO YELLOCK

The new WNBF pro and 2008 Cardinal Classic overall champ, Yo Yellock, will be guest posing. Yo is currently preparing for his pro debut and will be bringing his incredible size, shape and conditioning to stage.



RADIOU PROMOTING & COVERING THE BUCKEYE

RadioU of Columbus has agreed to promote the Buckeye Classic and will be on hand all day for our event raffling off freebies and playing some jams. They will be running some video feeds to TvUonline and will be having myself and Yo on their Riot morning show to promo the event. This will add some flavor to the event for sure!

THE VARSITY INN IS THE HOST HOTEL

Be sure to book your rooms ASAP by calling 1-866-OSU-VARSITY. The rate is $99/night and the rooms are newly updated with mini fridges and microwaves. Mention the Buckeye Classic for the discounted rate.

LIQUID SUN RAYZ PROVIDING TANNING

Contest tanning will be provided by Liquid Sun Rayz who does an excellent job. I have used them personally and highly recommend. More information is coming soon on tanning. www.liquidsunrayz.com

I am pleased to announce very outstanding news:

The class winners and other outstanding athletes selected from the Buckeye Classic will have the opportunity to participate in a photo shoot for Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness magazine!

Photographer Ken Snow will be shooting at the downtown Metro Fitness (home of the Arnold photo shoots) on Sunday morning, April 26 following the show. So, if you plan on bringing a winning physique to stage, then do not leave town too fast. This is an AWESOME opportunity that I have only seen at the biggest INBF/WNBF shows in New York, and we are very blessed to have this be a part of our event!

Best wishes to all going into this last week of prep. Men's bodybuilding lineup will be INSANE! We have 6 fellas who have placed first in previous shows and each class pretty much up for grabs. Entries are accepted all the way till the athlete's meeting.

Tickets are $10 for the prejudging, $20 for the finals and $25 for a day pass. Email me with any questions.

Thanks Roo, Justin & Mike! I could not have asked for a better first year event. We worked very hard and were very blessed with INSANE competitors. We are already thinking about next year and will begin our planning very soon.

I'm looking forward to getting pictures up. Yes, I am glad I was not judging too, haha.
