Unhappy Can eating oatmeal/vegetables(green) stunt my ability to reduce bodyfat?

When I'm hungry from taking in few carbs, can these foods be eaten in volume to quell my hunger without destroying my aim to get cut/defined more?

If your total calories get too high, sure. As long as your rate of weight change is maintained, no.

I never actually count the greens in my macros and I eat a LOT of them Like really a lot. Never harmed my fat loss.
