Hi cutie! It just dawned on me that I had photos of our Europe trip (July 2007) in my old journal here, so I looked and found them pretty easily as I remembered the dates of our trip. Here's a link if you'd like to see them -- they're on pages 177 - 179.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...92803&page=177
Hope you're doing great!

Show off!
That thing looks like a Pullover machine....but I'd call it "Ab curly shoulder lat builder, thing" anyways! haha! Is that a gym in an apartment building or something like that? I'm surprised they have a pullover machine considering the size of the gym isn't that big. There are 4 big 24 Hr Fitnesses by me and only one of them has a pullover machine. I use dumbells or a barbell on a flat bench, sometimes a decline bench if I want to make it harder and sometimes a stability ball.

It's in a sports hall and that bit you can see is the size of it, it's ok if it's not packed. But at least I have two gyms (in previous logs).
Go on, post a vid of you showing off your skills..(handstands, whatever)..If f2f shows off his dancing and me=handstands. You have to step up to the plate girl.

I don't have any skills...plus, no video camera. I'll work on it for you. I'll tell you right now that there is no way I could hold a camera while I'm doing HIIT. I can't even hold my ipod; I have to clip it to my shorts or on my arm band. Besides, I have a phobia about seeing myself on video. It just ain't pretty.

Yeah, I always think I'm a spaz when I'm on video (although I have been on tv once when I was younger). It was a programme where kids/teenages presented links. I have to say that I had the personality of a news reader. I was terrible.
That's why I take the pictures rather than be in them. Hence why it's a goal to get all buff so that I can have a photoshoot of myself done. It'll be a big step.
Anyway, I haven't been up to much. It's August bank holiday here, so it would be nice to go to the notting hill carnival but that's all the way in London, so I'm just going to laze around here.
Saturday - Went bike shopping and I'm looking to get a Specialised Globe Comp, looks pretty smart. The wife is looking for something similiar but she's having trouble with getting the right frame for the right price.
Went to the cinema and saw Hellboy 2 - The Golden Army. Not a bad film.
On the food front, didn't do much in terms of healthy eating. Popcorn + Minstrels. Followed by a Zinger Burger @ Kfc with some chicken strips.
Sunday (aka today) - Nothing stellar, had peanut butter + cheese toast sandwich and some porridge. The hill I mentioned in an earlier vlog. Went round it twice with my 5 y.o nephew (who did quite well and only stopped twice). Taught him the hands on head and breathing exercise to get his breath back. Ended up with a sprint at the end. As of now, he's still running around.

Going fine thanks, pigging out today :P...chocolate cake with ice cream
Anyway the hospital visit isn't confirmed, the appt for the doctor has been moved to oct so I should be able to reduce my wieght and bf to a decent level before I have to see him.
Once that's done, the appt for the hospital surgery to remove the excess skin will be made.
How's things with you?
Haven't been to the gym this week, well except for a 21 mile cycle on the lifefitness machine.

I'm doing awesome, thanks! Chocolate cake? Now, I'm pretty sure you can get that in the hospital. Did you lose a lot of weight and have loose skin?

Well I was 20 stone and then got down to 16 stone 7lbs at the time of the operation, but I still had the gyno, so the op that they did was just to remove the gland and see if the skin would tighten, it hasn't so while the rest of me is loosing, I've still got some loose skin, so doesn't make my pecs look as definied.
Got a bbq tomorrow for a 90th bday party

Jesus - I haven't been on here for a while. I've been so busy and lazy (gym wise) that I haven't got back to this.
Work wise - I've been working on a project that's very important so my mind has been on that.
Other news is that my wife is pregnant so I'm expecting a child in June. So with that in mind, I've been tidying up our flat and making it child safe . My wife is doing well and feels well.
Other than that, the new arrival is my main motivation for getting uber fit. So I'm going to go back over my posts and see what I was doing. Do alot more cardio this time around and really work for it
Got my new bike so I've been doing 12 miles each time I've been on it.
Got alot of journals to catch up on

So yesterday was an eventful day, went for a 2 mile jog which took about 24 minutes, as I went with some friends. When I went back to my desk, I realised that I didn't have my car keys.
Therefore I spent another hour a bit roaming the streets where i jogged just to check that I hadn't dropped my car keys (although I didn't think I took it, but had to make sure).
So by this point, I had jogged/walked a total of 4 miles.
Finally found my keys, where was it- In my colleagues pants. Apparently I had put them in his pants when I went to put the keys back.
As for the rest of the exercise, I went to the gym and worked Chest and Triceps.
Used the freebar which was alot harder than expected.
Did a pyramid type set where we started at 60kg, and worked up to 90kg (but that was assisted). Was a good hard session. Then did some incline bench and decline bench using the smith machine.
With the exercise section, I might have to add them by myself as the ones that are in the library are a bit limiting.
Also did bench dips and tricep.
I also did some Capoeira movements ranging from cartwheels, kicks, leg sweeps and quina de rins. Felt good to do some movements, helps keep me loose and limber.
Woke up today sore but good, I like this feeling.
Nothing much today, went to work and did a bit of a jog up and down the stairs to keep me moving.
Came home at lunch as I had to take my wife to the hospital for a maternity appointment with the anestatelogist. Everything turned out well.
Tomorrow's plan includes some more jogging and leg day which will be squats/lunges and abs/calves.

Man, I haven't updated this in a while.
I haven't been to the gym for ages, so much so that I think that I've undid all my hard work with dodgy eatting and no exercise. Gone back up a cpl of waist sizes .
So need to get back on the healthy eatting and gym plan. HELP!!!!!!
