Food? There ISNT much "food!"
half gallon of milk
1000 cals from olive oil
3 cups of CC
3 protein shakes (god knows what he puts in there)
So, there's about 3000ish cals or so that could easily be cut out of the diet....

Yes not much whole food , I just meant overall calories ... I'll never get why so many guys think they have to over eat to put on muscle , sure the scale will go up but it's going to be all fat / glycogen / water so what's the point ?

Wait, so your endocrine system is already f**ked up and you're on HRT for it...... and you want to f**k it up even further with AAS?
Might wanna re-think that.

this is probably overkill... he is most likely going to gain alot of fat. Test increases muscle synthesis yes but It seems like you are seriously over estimating AAS. You are only 18 so please reconsider giving advice and information about AAS until you have some actual experience.
Anyways, from personal experience I would tell you if you are going to eat that much at least ramp up your calories b/c I made that mistake once but only with 5k cal and gained alot of fat. Dont worry about the eq, and good luck with the cycle.
Why are you on HRT btw?

Thanks for giving an actually half way decent answer. Nice to see someone has a brain attached. I will bump down to 5k calories.
I am on HRT because I do not have testicles (serious)

meh, I have to be on testosterone for the rest of my life, so I figure I may as well try some cycles, I also get blood work done and my endocrinologist would let me know if anything was going on.

"Less is more." Keep this in mind when planning future cycles and bulks. You are going to get disgustingly fat during this bulk Lee Priest style. Expect some awesome strength gains while stressing your heart.

Did I list everything there and say "none of ths is food?" No. However, I think it's somewhat ironic that you'll drink half a cup of olive oil, but throw away yolks.
You're roughly 2500ish calories over what you need to be eating. And, if you cut the oil, cheerios, half gallon of milk, etc you would be in a much better caloric range for what you're looking to do.
Gear or no gear, unless you're a professional swimmer.....you don't need 7000 calories. And you certainly don't need 2000 calories from fat.

Why are you only eating egg whites? If your planning on eating 5k+ calories im sure you can afford to eat some yolks.

Yeah...because the fat in egg yolks are exactly the same as the fat from olive oil...you are giving advice in the nutrition section because?

Oh yea, I remember when I said the fat was the same!
ooooor not?
I just find it kinda weird that you're drinking a half gallon of milk and 1000 calories in olive oil but you throw out the most nutritious part of an egg.
My advice: This is a stupid diet and you're a moron for eating that many calories and that much fat.
That's the end of my advice!
