Thanks man, I appreciate it. Been debating which Muscle Tech Supp. to get. I'm already on Hydroxycut Hardcore. Been thinking about NaNo Vapor or Anabolic Halo.

I get it, you have the 25K stach and I have the 5K one... Now it all makes sense...
Uhhh!!! What is a fireplace??? Is that where you make fires??? What does it looks like??? Does it hurts???
Ok, ok, ok, so if I get a stach that big I will not have to buy firewood because I will be throwing it in the fire instead. Maybe I'll just use it as insulation, that way it will last me longer. Now it all really makes sense.

Some people refer to it as a barbeque...
And the stache doesnt come off... but it DOES change color from time to time!

I was Taking NoNo Vaper and Anabolic Halo together and put on alot of mass. The best combo I've taken together by far.
Plus started on the Methal Rip this morning and minutes later I could already feel my stomic realy warming up. I guess I dont need extra fat to keep me warm when its -53c again. lol

Good morning Thunder Cats, lol. 19 days into the contest and I almost had a falling out on Sunday, I stayed strong and didn't give in. The food was calling but I didn't come a knocking, lol. I ate a whole bag of beef jerky to ease my pain, still stayed under calories for the day and beef jerky is low in fat and carbs!! How all is well with your journey as well.

challenge of all challenges
My mother had my late birthday party for me this weekend. Ridiculous amounts of really good, but really bad for your body food. I was even forced to cut the cake, but made it out of there without even licking the frosting off my fingers. Just had half a burger patty with lettuce, green chile, onions, and salsa instead of ketchup (ketchup has lots of sugar). My cake looked damned tempting though...it was a special crocodile cake. My kids fought over the frosting-made eyes. If I can resist this splurge everybody can!

so i had planned on a cheat meal this weekend, got a cheese pizza on saturday and was real excited about it right? grab the biggest slice and sat down in front of the tv. i proceed to tear into it and guess what... i didn't even like it, i was so disappointed, didn't even finish one slice. what's the point of cheating if your not even enjoying it right? so yesterday i went and got me some hot wings for lunch and called that my cheat meal. its funny how after a short while of eating clean, healthy food, you actually prefer to eat that way.

Hey all! So far everything is going well! I've lost a half inch off my stomach but have gained an inch here and there where I'm hoping to gain. My legs are my real challenge (I have chicken legs). They are still sore from Saturday....no pain no gain.

Wow! I love to see everyone's intensity with their diets. I couldn't sleep on Saturday and I would usually grab a tube of chocolate chip cookie dough to ease my boredom and I refrained and the Sunday after the Eagles lost, I really wanted pizza but I held off. Now after reading that everyone else had a great weekend, I'm glad I didn't cheat. However, for work tomorrow, we are rolling out a bunch of new menu items and I'll have to try them. I'm planning on eating just enough to understand the dish. I'll take some extra food and protein shakes to curb my appetitie and avoid overeating which is going to be REALLY hard for me!
Also from the previous posts about eating out in restaurants, the recommendation to choose ones that prepare your meals to order is important. And watch for the extra calories. If you order chicken and it's grilled, ask that they only use oil on the grill and not the food, no butter on the veggies and beware of portion sizes as they tend to be large and deceiving. Steaks are often topped with butter before they are served to make them look nice so beware. And definitely ask for any sauce on the side or no sauce at all. The food should be fresh and good enough that you won't need it.
Have a great week everyone!

Is anybody else going close to the maximum amount of time allowed instead of just the 12 weeks?

I'm not alone!
"I couldn't sleep on Saturday and I would usually grab a tube of chocolate chip cookie dough to ease my boredom and I refrained and the Sunday after the Eagles lost, I really wanted pizza but I held off."
Never thought there would be another Eagles fan who also loves raw cookie dough on this site, lol. I was watching the game at a friend's house eating my chicken, brown rice, and plain collard greens while everyone else was having pizza, chips, and soda. It was worth it though because I feel great today. Down 5 lbs. as of Friday. I'm eating clean 6 days then have 1 free day but when the free day comes, I'm not having cravings as bad as I thought I would. Had a few mini cupcakes and split a cinnabon with my wife on my last free day and everything tasted terrible. I used to eat so much junk on the weekends that I would have a huge headache all day Monday and sometimes into Tuesday. Haven't had a headache since the contest started! Stay motivated everyone. Win or lose, this will be worth it!
Couple short comments...
Mr. Next In Line - You're always positive. That's a great quality to have.
Curt - Very funny posts, just don't make the reps mad at you!
Animal - Great transformation pics from last year.

Well make it three of us...lol. Have to admit I was a little heartbroken after the Eagles lost yesterday and I am usually an emotional eater. I am proud to say I refrained from trying to cover my anger with pizza and ice cream. Glad to see there are other Eagles fans on here going through the same thing. Still a good season, not how I wanted it to turn out though.
On a side note, I am excited for everyone doing the contest and how well we all seem to be doing. For most of us, we are approaching the three week mark!!! The hard part is over, now it is a routine and all we have to do is stick it out. Remember, stay strong. I remember hearing this somewhere but can't remember the source?
Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels!!!

davidc07,
No, you don't need to take your "Before" photos again in order to post them on the thread.
Thanks for entering and good luck.
